The Wine and Chocolate Pairing tasting exceeded my expectations. Book ahead to ensure your chocolates are ready for you. Two absolutely gorgeous cellar door staff who took their time to send me on my way with their best local wine and shopping recommendations. Flawless. Thank you for having me!

The experience was amazing. Though short it was exactly what we were looking for.

As a non wine drinker, I was unsure how I would go with wine but having it with food (in this case chocolate) it really helps with the flavour and makes it easier on the palate.

The chocolate did change the taste of the wine in a pleasant way. I almost wish they sold the chocolate as well.

Great wines. Loved the Chardonnay and the Cab Sav especially so. Our host Janet was very pleasant and hospitable as well as a wonderfully interesting conversationalist.
Picked up a couple of bottles of the above and expect to order more to be shipped.

We had a lovely afternoon in Pastel estate. The setting is idyllic and the cheeseboard of local produce was great. I would highly recommend as other vineyards do not provide accompanying food to the tastings other than expensive restaurant meals. The local cheese, crackers and fruit was perfect with their lovely selection of wines. The Shiraz was a stand out.

Lovely visit to Passel Estate on a whim, on our arrival Janet was warm & welcoming (Toby the dog too!) and she made our wine tasting an enjoyable experience. Exquisite wines. Thoroughly enjoyed a bottle of their incredible Cabernet Sauvignon with our venison dinner 😍 Look forward to returning.

What an absolute gem of a winery, found after driving down a picturesque entrance drive.
We had the seafood brioche roll which was a special for the Long Weekend and it was absolute delicious especially when paired with one of their wonderful wines.
I would not hesitate in telling visiting family and friends to seek out Passel Estate for a relaxed wine tasting of some premium Margaret River wines.

Stunning little winery, a perfect place you can bring your dog and sit outside and do a tasting. Definitely a must do on your trip to Margaret River

Randomly stopped here on a winter Wednesday afternoon. A beautiful setting and a gracious host made for a lovely 45min wine tasting experience. I learnt a Passel is a group of possums and that small, environmentally friendly wineries still exist in this part of the world.
And the wines were lovely too. Less generic than the big name establishments.
Will be back for a chocolate and wine experience!

Such a beautiful setting; a very well curated cellar door experience with delicious local cheese and wine. The team couldn’t have been more welcoming to our two young children. Will revisit!

The Wine & Chocolate tasting is a must, we have most intimate experience. Janet is divine she explained everything with passion and love, we learned a lot from her.

This is a wonderful boutique winery, definitely worth a visit the next time you are in Margaret River. They have a small selection of very well done wines. The tasting experience was great and the service was warm and friendly. I purchased the SB which will be great once the weather warms up a bit 😊

Lovely winery on a pretty lake. We really enjoyed the wine and cheese tasting. It is a small winery so they take the time to make the experience special for you. Highly recommend!
