I received my aerial rig a couple of days ago and I couldn't be happier! Beautiful vibrant colour, incredibly sturdy and exceptionally user friendly to build. Scott was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my many many questions!

Very disappointed. Scott installed my pole and had to cut into the roof. He was confident the end result wouldn’t be noticeable. Unfortunately, the end result has left the ceiling uneven. He admitted that he wasn’t happy w the result and would fix it; however, he has now said he is unable to. I’m now left in an unfortunate situation where the landlord wants to sell the house, and has a dodgy looking ceiling, very noticeable to prospective buyers. Please be aware of this when deciding whether to give Scott your business. I expect professionalism from a company (especially when the initial job was not cheap) and am extremely disappointed w the level that I received.
