Ceccanti Kiewa Valley Wines

Once again we have had a wonderful day. We have been here for lunch more than 5 times now and each time we have enjoyed a truly Tuscan style 5 course banquet along with the magnificent views of the Kiewa valley. An experience not to be missed.

Angelo was so kind and welcoming, gave us an incredible cellar door experience on a wet Good Friday, lovely choice of wines, all traditionally made with no chemicals, highly recommend

The lunch at Ceccanti was so fun and quite delicious. The setting was lovely. Although the day was warm, overcast and with the occasional light rain we managed to sit outside under the umbrellas. The five course were very Italian and the wine good. In all Great day and great fun.

If you want an authentic Italian experience this is a great place. And I would be more inclined to say they are underpriced. 5 courses for $45 and wine was only $5 a glass. Not the place for yuppies or fussy people.

Lovely people and lovely wines to sample. Being a nice sunny spring day of blue skies and lush fields makes the visit all the better

Great place to spend an afternoon eating great food, drinking nice wine. The hosts are fantastic. Great landscape.

we took our friends to ceccanti for a birthday on the 12 april ,our lunch was terrible ,my wife's meal was almost inedible,I think must have spilt the pepper bowl,my meal was very ordinary, the wines well ????.

This is a wine review...only. 2014 shiraz was very poor. Removed cork to a nose of old socks and no shiraz character at all. First taste by myself and wife was very dissapointing. The flavour was unusual and unpleasant....nothing like a shiraz. Bit like smelly clothes . Could not bear the taste and tipped down the sink. Sad really as we have had wine from ceccanti in the past that was much better. Give it a miss

Angelo and Moya Ceccanti both need to go and do a full on hospitality course to learn how to relate to people. I've been to the winery on several occasions just to see if they were having a bad day but they continue to amaze me with their rudeness. Definitely NEVER going back. And the score I'm giving you Angelo and Moya is a minus 1.

The Fawlty Towers of the Kiewa Valley. Rude unaccomodating staff. Cafeteria grade food. Overpriced. Set menu that doesn't cater for dietary requirements. Do-it-yourself style table service. Crap wine. Worst restaurant experience I've had in years!!

went with a friend to this Restaurant and will not return , I can't agree more with others who were disappointed with their visit on this site .. We were recommended by the staff of the Bright Information Centre , I went back and told the young girl to go and try it herself before she recommends it to other travelers , spoilt our day ,
