I was after a good high capacity and attractive outdoor wood storage option. Staff were so helpful and friendly and responsive especially as it was a busy Easter period. The option and supplier had been recommended by Scandia and Coastal Fireplaces met all expectations.

Took my Lopi wood heater concerns to Coastal Fireplaces and was extremely happy with the warm smiles and top level knowledge about their products. I visited many other sellers, designers and installers of fireplaces before Coastal Fireplaces & Design, then I stopped. Their level of service and quality of product is simply streets ahead of any of their "competitors". My install was far from typical and my perfectionist demands of install, aesthetic outcome and safety of operation were never a problem for them ~ they met and then exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I love the end result and cannot recommend this team highly enough. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Despite a huge delay of over 9 months the end product of a built in lopi lineal gas log is fantastic. The company solved a problem about the supply of extra parts which I am grateful excuse the pun but I will be more grateful when the cool air grate arrives. Without this trim there is an open duct above the tv. I would’ve rated higher except for time delays in getting the heater. Finished product is perfect and makes all the dramas along the way seem insignificant.
