An amazing and relaxing getaway from Sydney. Only a 2 hour drive to this beautiful home. Fire place, barbecue and pizza oven all worked perfectly. Plenty of forest to walk through. Highly recommended

Tea Tree Hollow is an amazing holiday home. The home is very well appointed with everything one could want for a relaxing and restful holiday. The bedrooms have luxurious beds, the bathrooms are modern, clean and the hot water quickly available. The kitchen has everything you’d need including a dishwasher! and the living room area is enhanced by a selection of books and games as well as a wonderful wood burning stove. The firewood supply is plentiful and best of all readily accessible. The outdoor area is even more amazing with a fantastic wood fired pizza oven, barbecue and alfresco dining area. There’s lots of places to hike or ramble and overall enjoy nature at its finest. I’d highly recommend this home for a holiday in the Southern Highlands🙂

A beautiful and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy life. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. We decided to spend the weekend away from Sydney with the kids to celebrate birthdays with friends and we were all pleasantly surprised with the property.
A weekend of adventure, relaxation and long walks through the bush. The kids had a ball.
We loved cooking in the pizza oven, our first time but it was well worth the experience. The house was amazing, we were very looked after and everything was clean, comfortable and cozy… especially the cold nights sitting around the fire.
Waking up on the Saturday morning and watching the kangaroos bounding through the property was the kids highlight of the weekend. A very special weekend. 11 out of 10 for us, we can’t wait to come back.

Great spot. The other reviews give an accurate description. The place is full of nice touches, it almost feels like someone's family home rather than a holiday rental/investment. For example, there was plenty of wood, matches, fire starters. There were stands for the pizza platters. The kitchen had almost everything you need for cooking including a cast iron pan. There were books, DVDs and binoculars. And lots of other small things that made for a very pleasant experience.

OMG where do I start. We had the best time. A wifi free zone and we didn't turn on the TV once. There was the beautiful vista , the pleasant outdoor space, the magic pizza oven and tea trees in a blaze of colour all around us with the outdoor area and eating arbour - just magic. No-one ventured into the outdoor tub but it looked sooo inviting. The host provided us with everything we needed and every whim was catered for. A 6 star rustic spacious yet cosy cottage. We'll be back for sure. Did I mention the wood burning fireplace and the wildlife and fresh air? Thank you Jeanette and Andrew. Just loved staying at your idyllic escape house.

We had an amazing stay at Tea Tree Hollow few weeks ago. It's only a couple of hours from Sydney and feels so relaxing. It was quite cold that weekend but we were very cosy with fireplace inside and we enjoyed watching the kangaroos from the living room. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, warm and wrmwelcom and told us all about the history of the family property. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I had such a magnificent city getaway to Tea Tree. We made great use of the campfire! Couldn't have asked for a better holiday, will be coming back!

Service from the hosts was also great and house was nice and clean!

Stayed here for a short winter vacation. The home is stunning. I was very comfortable, the hosts were excellent at communicating and making us feel welcome. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway.

You really couldn’t ask for better . Especially sitting next to a beautiful warm fire without having to chop the wood yourself.
We stayed with friends who were making a documentary and it was such a pleasure to be there . The owners went out of there way to make you feel welcome and are lovely people .

What a find! I had a great stay at this lovely place. Every thing was well done, nice cosy wood fire, comfy beds & good views.

Loved this place. Luxury retreat tucked away in the bush, lots to do on the vast property, quiet with no phone reception in the house (but reception available in some parts of the property). Highly recommend.
