Went to exchange the shoes for a size up. I forgot to ask her name but the lady at the desk was customer service superstar. She is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work 👍

Great service! I had purchased shoes about 3 weeks ago, 1 week before Melbourne’s lockdown. Noticed after wear there was a bit of metal seeping through the back of the shoe (manufacture fault!) - I contacted Platypus Customer Service who provided me information of what to do and confirmation of my purchase. I went in on Friday evening, and the manager was incredibly understanding, helpful & kind; swapped over the shoes and had it sorted for me. Thank you!

We dropped in here briefly today while visiting IKEA. The super friendly sales staff kindly asked if he could help but we explained that we were only browsing today and he was happy with that. The store is well stocked with a great range of shoes and we love its open floorplan layout.

They advertised a pair of boots with a sale tag but when I went to purchase it, they said they only put the tag on it so customers can come in
