Ange was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Gave me a very nice cut. Nice place too, just had a bit of trouble finding the entrance so would recommend some new signage for them

Fantastic atmosphere! First time in a long while I’ve had a cut this good, guys are friendly overall couldn’t fault this place, definitely coming back next time I need a trim. The choice of football club a little iffy though.

I’ve been coming here regularly over a six-month period now and I am not changing. The staff at All The King’s Men are such warm, fun people who have never failed to give me a fresh chop! Shoutout to Ange who takes care of me so well and who I always look forward to having a yarn with. Legends!

Great Location in the heart of the CBD. The booking system is easy to use and makes for a efficient turn over. The hair cut I had was excellent after I showed Chaz a photo of a myself previously I wanted to replicate.

Ignore the one star reviews its mostly complaints about long wait times which doesn't make sense as their is a booking system!

I travel often across different countries, and in my adventures, meet new people, cultures, and barbers. From the back-alleys of Istanbul to the expansive boulevards of Paris; no where in the world have I received a haircut as good as in All the Kings Men.

To describe it as a beard trim and haircut is reductive; it was a transformative experience. I walked in, a tired and weary man, with unkept hair and wild untamed beard - and walked out renewed, determined, encouraged and looking sharp. It is 50% therapy, and 50% looking like absolute fire.

Later that evening, in a night of debauchery and pure chaos, the one consistent comment echoed by all of its wayward actors is this review. The dancer would whisper 'I really like your haircut', the purveyor of goods would quip 'this is uncut, also, that is a great fade', the police office would add 'watch your head, which is amazingly done by the way'.

I live overseas and there is no living human I would trust to go near my long flowing black hair more than All the King's Men. I do not even allow my parents, god bless them, to touch it now - as they would sully the memory of the greatest day of my male adult life. A day of discovery, triumph and renewal.

Absolutely love the experience I had with Billy. He completely fixed my disjointed/ unstructured haircut (from previous barber) and explained it with detail on how to cut it according to my hair type and head shape. Would definitely recommend and I would come back again. Thank you Billy!

Managed to score a booking even though they were busy and so stoked they were able to fit me in. Ange did a great job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. Best cut and trim I've had in longer than I can remember. Cool funky little shop too. Loved the whole experience and will definitely return next time I'm in Melbourne.

Truely excellent service, they all truely have a great way at interpreting what you want and communicating to you how to pull it off. Amazing vibe, great chats and great people. Would recommend this place to everybody, always worth the money. Wayne especially gives a great cut.

I used to have bad experiences getting my hair cut at barbers when I was a kid, so avoided them until later in life. All The Kings Men provides such a relaxed environment through it's tucked away location (no awkward glances from street level pedestrians), great music and honestly the best staff one could ask for. As for the haircut itself, Chaz always knows what to do from my vague guidance and every time it comes out how I wanted. I so glad I started getting my haircut again, and this is the reason why.

All The Kings Men was happy to accommodate me even though I hadn’t made a booking. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The atmosphere was relaxing and the interior makes you feel very at home - as if you were to visit an older relatives place (in a good way).

My barber was extremely friendly and we struck up a positive and memorable conversation about Melbourne music culture. I was run though how to maintain my hairstyle moving forward and other related tips.

It was clear to me as I walked out why All The Kings Men had such a positive rating on google and I definitely will be coming back.

personally, the best barber shop experience after hopping between dozens of salons and barbers alike. they take pride in their craft and ensure all their clients leave satisfied and confident in the way they look.

Had a great cut after a year without today. Super easy to book online.

Wayne did the cut and even with my massive mop of hair he followed what I wanted and gave me a brilliant cut for $45.

This is my first haircut in Australia so I can't draw too many comparisons but Wayne was a nice bloke with good chat and obviously very knowledgeable. What more could you want?
