If I could give more stars I would. Helen went above and beyond to help find the perfect dress. She was attentive but not pushy, flattering but not fake. She gave us so much time (despite staff shortages) and genuinely made me want to buy a dress from her. Luckily we didn’t need to look far with a great range of sizes and styles. The store is clean and calm. A very happy bride to be! Thank you Helen!

So happy that I found my dream dress here at Brides of Melbourne! Karen was beyond helpful, patient, honest and kind. I felt like I could trust her opinions and never felt pushed into a sale. She was so kind to my family who came along with me, making them feel just as much a part of the proces. Customer service was A1, with one week until my daughters deb, Karen went out of her way to ensure my daughter had her dream dress at such short notice, we are so grateful and appreciate all you did for us. Brides of Melbourne was our first stop as I had already had an amazing experience 4 years ago when I purchased my wedding dress from here. So glad we made the 2 hour trip, was definitely worth the drive!!

I could not recommend brides of Melbourne highly enough. I’ve been a customer at Cheltenham twice, once as a bride and once as a bridesmaid. Both times the staff were super accommodating. The ladies made me feel as if they genuinely wanted me to feel beautiful on my special day and weren’t just telling me what I wanted to hear so they could make a sale.
I had been dreading wedding dress shopping and just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to the ladies at the store for making my experience so enjoyable.

I purchased a bridesmaids dress from Brides of Melbourne and had a fantastic experience. The lady who served me was lovely and helped me feel comfortable in my own skin. I explained to her the type of bridesmaid dress that I was looking for and she brought in multiple options, offering me honest feedback until we found the perfect dress. My Mum and I bought a Deb dress from there today and the lady who served, let me just say, 10/10 job, she went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be more grateful, thank you so much for making my Deb dress shop the easiest it could have been on such short notice!

Yesterday I went in to purchase a dress for my big day in March !
The service I got from arrival to leaving was fantastic Helen understood my budget and only showed me dresses within my budget , involving my mother and sister in the whole process ,we didn't feel rushed and felt very welcome even though the first dress ended up being the dress I chose she allowed me to try different one to see if they suited me which they didn't and at the end of the day I felt fantastic in the dress I chose

I was recommended to Brides of Melbourne buy a good friend who had just bought her dress here. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and experienced. I went to both the Cheltenham and Essendon stores. My dress arrived on time and is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend them, great range of dresses at really affordable prices

The team at Bride of Melbourne (Cheltenham) were amazing! They Were so helpful and went above and beyond making me and my family feel so special when we came in. I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding dress and they guided me through the different designs that they knew would look good on me and what I liked an didnt like. They just knew what would work. I was so comfortable and thrilled with the service I got there that we decided to buy all my grooms Ans groomsmens suit from the Ferrari men’s store as well and again these ladies went above and beyond ordering special suits at the last minute and making sure everything was perfect for us all!

I went to Brides of Melbourne at Cheltenham for an amazing appointment on the weekend. I was really impressed!! I received awesome service from an older lady with dark hair. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I was really worried they wouldn't help me because of covid but she was great and still kept her social distance lol. We are getting married in a small ceremony but i still wanted to look amazing. The lady really helped by listening to what i wanted, she knew what worked for my body and when i got confused was really supportive and helped me decide on a beautiful bling dress! She went above and behond by helping me show my mum on video chat. I couldn't be happier and just wanted to say thanks!

Had a wonderful experience today, made a last minute appointment yesterday after seeing a dress I loved on the website. Wendy was incredibly accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, bought the 4th dress I tried on. Would recommend Wendy, she was very experienced and kind.

Had been looking for ages and found my perfect dress here. Staff were super helpful and were really nice. I'm predominantly writing this review because the new owners of the store are doing a great job and made the whole dress experience enjoyable, unlike some other places I went to.
Shame they have the live in the shadow of bad reviews from the past owners.

I highly recommend karen from Cheltenham, karen was so helpful and supportive with finding my perfect wedding dress for me.
Karen listened to what i wanted and didn't push me to buy dresses i was not comfortable with. Karen answered all my questions about the styles what would work for my shape. Thank you so much karen for all your help you are amazing.

For my first ever bridal shop experience, I loved it! My sales consultant was truthful, lovely and helpful. I tried on 10 different dresses and managed to find 'the one' as I tried on the last dress I liked. I would recommend this shop to any new bride :)
