A quiet stretch of water between the Campaspe fish ladder at the downstream side of Rotary Park and 3.5km upstream. Access is via Rotary Park, near the miniature railway. The river is quiet as it is too snaggy for motor boats. It has beautiful old river red gums shading the river. It is a popular place to fish. The red gums are full of native birds.
