FRANKIE4 Footwear Camberwell

My experience with this store was amazing. I attended the first day of the sale over a week ago and despite the crazy crowds, I was served by the most caring and patient sales assistant. I then needed to return shoes a few days later given my podiatrist did not approve of the shoes purchased. The 3 girls that assisted were Sarah, Beth and Marietta. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you young ladies for being so amazing and caring. You are stars !

I shopped at the Camberwell store today and had Sarah serve me. What incredible customer service she possessed. The knowledge she had regarding the shoes, and her help finding the right fit for my feet, was fantastic. Sarah was so friendly and helpful. I came out with 3 pairs of shoes. It is really hard to find great customer service like that ☺

Visited Frankie4 first Melbourne concept store for a special Mother's Day event.

As you can see from the pictures this store is absolutely stunning..from the lighting, to the greenery, to the feel you get being in the store.

I needed assistance with a return. I chatted with Georgia online and she promptly provided the information and the return label. I would recommend Frankie4 both for the quality of their shoes and of their Customer Service.

I ordered a second pair of sneakers, as I am very impressed with the comfort, support, look and quality of these sneakers. Unfortunately the second pair was too large and I reached out to Customer Service. Rebecca assisted me this time, and her response was prompt, efficient and very helpful.

Both experiences with Customer Service were excellent and I definitely plan to order from Frankie4 again.

Mia helped me with a purchasing issue I had recently. Her response was swift - she answered within 20 seconds of my query and she was professional and helpful. Our 'chat' was completed within a couple of minutes. This was great service which enabled me to solve my issue very quickly.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! I needed size 12 shoes for a wedding (which is a hard task in itself). I spoke to Lauren over the phone and she was extremely helpful; very clear communication and had the patience to explain what shoes were in stock. Once in store, Taya was lovely in helping me fit my shoes; she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have been to many, many stores over the years and this store by far has exceeded my expectations. I will 1000% be shopping here again!

Frankie4 has amazing customer service and even better footwear. For the first time in years my feet didn't hurt after walking all day or even just going to the shops. They have styles for wide feet like me also which I love and if I'm not sure what would be best I can message and they reply so fast with an answer. All around wonderful

Liz was super-efficient with the online chat service in helping me locate the styles & sizes of shoes in Aus which were sold out online. She sent me the quick links, so I could enter my email address and not miss out when the shoes hopefully become restocked. Thank you Liz :)

I have been wearing Frankie4's for years now as a nurse and absolutely love them. The customer service is also incredible. I recently needed some new insoles for a pair of my shoes (which are not available on the website) and thought I would reach out to customer service to see if I could purchase a pair. Claudia was amazing and so helpful - not to mention the speed of her replies! Within the hour of my initial email, she had found a spare pair of insoles in my size and sent them to me, free of charge.
