I was super impressed that my order was prepared and lodged with Australia Post the same day. I would definitely recommend Zetta Florence if you are looking for that special quality gift.

I had a wonderful experience today in store at Zetta Florence. The expert wrapping service by Joe & Annika was second to none, and their eagerness to help me will keep me coming back for all my wrapping needs in the future. After that, I enjoyed my stroll around the store which was set out beautifully, and is a stationery lover’s dream. This store is dangerously good and I can’t wait to come back for the excellent service and swoon over your products soon. A very happy calligrapher here! ❤

My friend Nancy and I visited this wonderful art shop yesterday and had a great experience. We found very unique yet beautifully made archive folders to preserve our artworks and portfolio folders. And there was also a great selection of lovely greeting cards, diverse art supplies, it's just like a wonderland. And last but not least, their staff member Joe was super friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant visit to this shop, and I will certainly purchase more items online since I'm a Sydney-based artist. Hopefully, they will open a shop in Sydney too :)

This shop is set out so lovely, and looks so pretty.
I was served by a team member called Rose, who was above and beyond with her customer service.
I was purchasing a large amount of there beautiful handmade gift paper, and rose was so helpful in finding out if I could easily order more should I need it.
I highly recommend Zetta Florence , for different choices in cards, gifts , wrapping paper etc .

Wow, just wow. Zetta Florence knocked it out of the park for me. GREAT products, elegant design, and customer service that went above and beyond. Ordering from the USA for Australia delivery might throw some places for a loop but Steve at Zetta made everything sparkle. Shop here; you won't regret it.

The place was a lot more spacious than I expected. I came for some writing papers and ribbon but left with more than that.
I get really anxious when the employee is too attentive (some store policies ask them to be like so). But the ones at Zetta were just 'enough'. They gave me space to wander around peacefully. Very attentive when needed, too. So what I left with was a joyful feeling after shopping.

Perfect place for gifts and cards. Especially for older women (mums, grandmas).

They have plenty of card options, soaps, candles, wax stamps, wrapping paper, posters, little Knick knacks, etc.

The staff are also very friendly and offer great advice.

I purchased a gorgeous gift set for a stationary loving friend for her birthday. The online range is stunning and customer service is personalised and A++. I had a phone call from Stevie to understand a bit more about my friend so that he could pick the perfect gift wrap for her. I received photos later that day with a beautifully wrapped gift that was on its way to my friend. Love love love. Will be back for more gifts... and perhaps a few gifts for myself!!

A dream of a shop. So much high end stationery I could spend hours, and many dollars in here.

I ordered the sealing wax starter kit along with a few extra brass seals online as a present my wife for our anniversary last week, as they looked great and the price was better than anything else like it. I added a little message for my wife, paid and awaited delivery. Pretty standard online shopping experience right? Wrong! The following day received a text message from a member of Zetta Florence staff named Stevie who reached out to with some questions to better customise the gift wrapping and and later that day, provided a photo of the end result (which looked amazing). Delivery was quick and the effort put into the wrapping was clear, even down to my message handwritten on a card. The the wax and seals themselves are fantastic and my wife LOVES them! A sensational customer experience and a great product. I could not recommend them enough.

I’ve been to this store several times since moving to Melbourne and it’s absolutely beautiful! The products are always displayed so nicely and neatly, you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into this place. Other than the unique and beautiful products available, the other standout to this store are the wonderful staff - Joe, Max and Tatiana. You are always greeted with kindness and a smile. They are very knowledgeable around the products available and are there to help you in anyway they can. I love visiting this store, a place you can spend hours in!

Zetta Florence always has fabulous staff and fantastic personal service. When I have been able to go in store, they are always helpful and friendly. I recently used the gift wrapping service for an interstate delivery. Not only did they check in with me for any preferences of wrapping, I also received photos of the finished packaging. Everything arrived right on time for the Birthday Girl and she was delighted with her gift. Thank you to Stevie and all the other wonderful staff who do a stellar job every time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I ordered 3 colours of sealing wax, I was not disappointed. All 3 colours are gorgeous, the wax is beautiful to work with, even the packaging is dazzling! Above all else, their customer service is stellar. I am extremely please and will be coming back for more!

Today I bought some imported chocolate from Brussels, Belgium.

I found this amazing shop through my flatmates who have decorated their bedrooms with so many of Zetta Florence's beautiful designs, but what makes me recommend this shop like no other is the wonderful customer service. I had made an error when writing my address in that caused the package to sit in a post office for a couple of weeks before being sent halfway up the country and back down to Victoria. When I called to explain the situation and query about next steps, I spoke to Stevie and he was so understanding, thoughtful and helpful - he had the whole problem sorted out for me in 10 minutes and sent my posters back off to my correct address within half an hour. Thank you Stevie for all your help, I can't wait to add to the ever-growing collection of Zetta Florence posters in my house!

I came here with my mother to buy things to make her birthday party invitations and i don't think either of us have had that much fun in a long time! The staff who showed up how to make the wax staps was one of the kindest people and she helped us to make our decision. The the choices for paper are amazing, there really is something for everyone in this store. The best store in Melbourne by far. Well done :)
