I found them to be nothing but extremely understanding and helpful.
Can not speak more highly of how respectful and polite staff where towards myself..

Bit of a long time waiting but they do loans for people on Centrelink and low income

Stupid rude lady was there in the counter for western union, she need to improve her customer service, can’t be rude with the customer, can’t say you need to change your name on your Lisence

The woman that works on Sunday is useless. I came on Saturday too and she is useless. She said she doesn't know anything and offered us to go different stores. I usually come in and it's good however with this person, she always said she doesn't know anything. Same person and 3-4 times now... She probably doesn't want to do her job right...

I have been promised by one of the team members last Friday to Get a call for the extension of my loan and i still haven't received any calls, its really frustrating with everything that's happening to all Of us due to the covid 19 and I'm very upset if I loose my product that I left at the store for this loan. Really very very frustrating since I can't go to my local cash stop branch because its closed due to restrictions and when I called they said they I'll get a call back which didn't happen yet :-(

After one good experience, I would never go there again, poor customer service with loans, quite appalling considering my first contact with them was good but last 2 times was absolutely abhorrent.
