Bookmarked this place for a long time and decided to come today to treat myself. Tried the galbi Jim. It was very good! Huge chunks of meat, and the rice and side dishes. Would come back again to try other dishes! (Although got charged 8 dollars for the case beer when it shows 6.50 on the menu)

Was looking for a Korean restaurant locally and spontaneously came to try it out with hubby. We are so pleased with the nice and quiet place to enjoy our meal. Food is wonderful and fresh. We ordered the seafood pancake and two rice dishes. So happy we found somewhere close by that we can enjoy great food in a nice and quiet environment. Will definitely be coming back lots!

The restaurant is quiet and relaxing. The food tastes homely like one a mother would prepare. Price is affordable and I will visit again in the future

Found this place from this app, was really happy with the food. We really enjoyed the spicy cold noodles, makguksu (buckwheat cold noodle) and fried chicken! Might say its the best naengmyun I had in Melbourne for awhile. Good portion for sharing amongst 3 people 😁 Service was great with friendly staffs.

Great big basket of delicious fried chicken with choice of flavours - spicy, soy or garlic. Ai bob rice with fish eggs was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, and a nice serve of watermelon for the kids for afters.

Definitely, This restaurant has the most honest taste of any Korean restaurant I've been in Australia for few years.
It tastes reminds me of my childhood. Especially, fried chicken is different from other restaurants. They are fusion, not just as Korean chicken.
If you want to try real taste of fried Korean chicken, other food, You must visit here! xoxo

Been eating here since I was in uni. Now married, I take my wife to eat from time to time. The ganjan chichen (soy garlic chicken) here is to die for. It is crunchy and made just the right temp. Other food like the bibimbap, cold noodles and kimchi jiggae (stew) and the hotpots are also really good. It was so good we even started doing takeaways from here. The owners, an elderly Korean couple who is very sweet, although they don't speak English well, so please be patient when ordering. It was sad to see during the pandemic, this place has suffered a lot. We sometimes call out for takeaways to support them and enjoy the good chickens too. After the lockdown, it was not as crowded as it used to be, which we both found really disheartening. So if you have a chance to stop at Clayton, make sure not to miss this wonderful place. Only a 2-minute walk from the train station itself, it is really a hidden gem here.
And of course, we'll definitely visit them again.

I ordered 6 spicy beef ribs for our group’s Christmas party and it was a hit!! Everybody loved it, it was so good!! I’ll definitely go back and order it the next time we’ll have a family or friends get together. Thank you Hudadak for the meal, it made our party special💜 Btw, the owner was so helpful and friendly as well🥰

Great food! Specially Korean fried chicken!

My go-to restaurant whenever I am craving Korean Fried Chicken (about once a month!). Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Love their seafood pancake as well, which usually contains a few big pieces of octopus. Would love to try their other dishes but I usually order takeaway rather than dine-in as a personal preference. A bit pricey but the quality is there.

Great authentic Korean food, made by Koreans! A family favourite!

My family loves their
- Kimchi jigae (Kimchi stew, spicy and warm, great for cold winter nights),
- Beef bulgogi (tasty without being too oily! Just right)

Comes with free cold side dishes of Kimchi, Bean sprouts (dipped in diluted sugar syrup), Fried tofu skin.

Great selection of dishes. The fried chicken is delicious. Kimchi stew is one of the best I’ve ever had. The owners are lovely too.

I have always loved eating here. The food is yummy the service is friendly and the portions are just right. Owners/staff are koreans as well which makes the experience more authentic. Also they have refurbished the interiors so at the moment, still smells of newly painted walls but it doesn't really bother me. 😁😁😁🤗

Had the original fried chicken on Friday, and the beef rib noodle soup, we have tried many fried chicken restaurants in australia but the best korean food we've had in Melbourne belongs to Hudadak!! Pricing is standard and you will definately feel happy and full after you eat this! Simply amazing!

Extremely delicious food. Very authentic yet suitable for new people. One that I will never forget. I highly recommend you go here. One of the best fried chicken I’ve had in Australia. MUST GO.

Best fried chicken in Melbourne. I come here frequently. My girlfriend and I love it here. The owners and staff are very warm and friendly to us. Honey Soy Garlic is the best. Galbijim is another favorite!

This is my favourite Korean restaurant in Clayton and its in my top 10 for Melbourne.
The owners are friendly and their menu is both authentic korean (not silly fusion western hybrid). You can expect bone broth, bulgogi, cold noodles, pork cutlet and fried chicken as well as kimchi and seafood pancake. The sidedishes feature fresh kimchi, fish cake, beansprouts and seaweed. They have beer and soju and are open until 10pm during the week.

We had Ginseng chicken. Wow, so yummy. Next time you are near give this place a try...... you won't regret it!
