I went to Miss Shine last December and I had the best hairdresser experience with her. She’s very friendly, polite and she did her job to the fullest. I was unwell that day and she even took care of me by making me a warm coffee. She coloured my hair with so much of care and she used very good products. She gave some advice about after care as well. I also learnt a lot about Korean culture and language as well.

Shine is really skilled and polite. I am quite happy with my hair cut. Her service is also very reasonably priced. No wonder she is so popular!

I came here with no specific hairstyle in mind, I just wanted to get my hair cut and colored. I asked her for a hairstyle that would complement my skin tone and face shape and she did it. The first time I had gotten my haircut with Shine was back 9 Years ago and til this day I still go to Shine to get my haircut. I would travel 45mins — 1 hour, whenever she moved to. I never really asked her what I wanted, because she knew exactly what suited me, and I’ve been what she calls me, “A blank art canvas” that she can do whatever she wants with my hair, that’s how much I trust her with my haircuts. That’s how good she is! She’ll bring about a great experience! All I can say is go to her to get your haircut, you’ll never look back!

I’ve made an appointment with Shine for a cut and style. I was shocked that she didn’t wet my hair at all before cutting as it’s a technique that’s not used in many salons (if you didn’t know, dry cut causes less damage to the hair). She cuts the length that you want, not the trim that you get at other hairdressers and they chop of half your hair. Highly, highly recommended. Looks like I’m a regular there now! :)

Can never live out a hairdresser who knows exactly what you want and when you ask for a trim, IT IS A TRIM. Shine is an amazing hairdresser, give honest and good advices on hair styles, colour!
