Friendly staff and good customer service

Today 6/6 I bought some groceries and left them at the counter , About half an hour later I realized I have forgotten to bring my groceries home. Went back and spoke to the Manager( don't know her name) showing the bill that I have left them. (Around 5.30 pm) she was very kind and asked me to grab whatever the groceries I bought . Another staff who was at self register at the time of I was paying recognized me and said she put them back where it was. All what I wanted to appreciate your kindness and excellent 🙏 customer service skills. I'm happy the way staff was well trained to serve customers. It's called exceeding customer expectations.

First of all an amazing and well organised store.

Secondly, this evening I purchased a vegan chocolate hazelnut slice. While at the service counter, I noticed it was due to expire this evening. Once the stock manager heard this, he immediately offered me a 90% refund as he had forgotten to mark this product down. I was very impressed by this and thought it was incredibly nice of the manager to go out of his way to improve my experience purchasing this product. 10/10 service, thanks team!

Was looking for the old Tucker bag!! I discovered this new supermarket called Coles! Fantastic place! Will put that Safeway mob out of action! And my lord.... Self serve these days? What will they think of next?

Less crowded supermarket, buyer-friendly shopping experience. Plenty of parking available.

A great supermarket for the locals to have access to everything needed and a new & improved international cuisine section to cater for all (Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern & so on).

This is a new larger than average store. It has spacious aisles with a great selection of items. The Bakery, Fruit & Veg and Deli are each big enough to be called Stores themselves. The staff were friendly so all in all a pleasant experience.

Close to home, usually has everything i need, delivers my food to my home if i can’t pick it up. I love this coles. The prices are rising though

Better than other Cole's. Well stocked. Nice variety. Produce is really fresh. It is more open and spacious. The isle setting is slightly different and better than some other stores. Ample parking. Usually not too crowded.

This is my closest shopping center.
It provides most things I need.
More of a convenience being on my doorstep.
I just had a wonderful male staff member carry a heavy item to my car for me. That was so kind of him

Great place to shop. New, fresh look, has own bakery, updated deli area and nuts station. Not to mention right next door to Aldi which is a bonus and can stop at degani (few steps away) for a pit stop if you like.

Just wow! Its massive and has absolutely everything. Floors, freezers, shelves every thing is always spotless. And I love how there's always smaller portions of cheeses, cut up watermelons ect

pretty good coles this one.. its kept clean and tidy most of the time... although bringing out stock before 7pm and taking up aisle space is a bit annoying when it's still technically peak hour
