St Leonards Surgery

I've been a patient at "St Leonards Surgery" and a patient of "Dr Warner" for around 15 years. "Dr Warner is a most polite kind empathetic man with a great bedside manner . He's very thorough a great at his job. I trust him. He's a fantastic caring GP with a great list of specialists to refer you too when needed.
"St Leonards Surgery" have an onsite nurse. Who is a lovely lady might I add. Every 3 months give or take she will give you a health check prior to your appointment. BP, height, weight, temp ect. She is also a good listener with great empathy. You won't be charged for that particular service. She is also very gentle with wound changes ect.
"Dr Warner's" partner "Dr Pop" is a great GP too. He's also naturally talented paediatrician. He is amazing with children and they respond to him extremely well. Definitely worth taking your children to when you need a great child friendly GP.
It's not a walk in or bulk bill clinic. An appointment is required except of emergencies but nest to call ahead first. It has ample parking front and back, disabled parking and entrance. It has ample room and seating in the waiting room and it's never crowded. The front counter staff are wonderful. They are lovely polite efficient and very helpful ladys.
This surgery has seen me through some very difficult and painful years and they always treated me with dignity and respect. They have done an amazing job over the years with no mistakes.
I may be a bit biased here, but I'm giving "St Leonards Surgery", the GPs, nurse and staff 5 out of 5 stars. I believe they are well earned over the last 15 years for many reasons.

Amazing service. So friendly and helpful.

One receptionist always abrupt on phone. Doctors at this clinic ok but they should not go on leave at the same time as clinic gets busy and the stress is directed to the patient. I was refused a short phone consultation for important medication because my regular doctor on leave. Donna is always helpful but the other receptionist hostile before you even get a chance to speak.
