Cumberland Hotel - The Cumby

Brilliant Band venue, regularly featuring some great local original hard rock SA bands. Huge Beer garden, often with an open fire, plenty of shelter out doors. relaxed bar staff.

Cumberland Hotel always supports original live south Australia and music at least three nights a week. It has somewhat sporadic opening hours but when it's open the party is truly on, it's got a great beer garden and a great little band room where you get lots of very entertained live performancesthe funniest thing about the Cumby is the piano in the pokey room, and the very interesting banter. The clientele all worth a visit.

Walked out of the men's heard a great guitar riff thought must be playing wile on break nah bro live solo riffs 👌🍻

What a cute old style pub.
I went for the first time to see friends play in a band.
It's a classic old pub with great character and lovely staff.
Good location, clean and tidy.
I'll be back to visit again!

I love the vibe in this hotel, in fact, everything's to love. Terrific live music venue - most importantly, great sound in the room and all the way down the bar... whispering wall, plus the stage/dance floor area is cool, like the Manager, staff, and the drink prices. The lucky locals are super welcoming too, thanks and see you again soon.

We cannot speak highly enough of Michael and his team at the Cumberland Hotel! Michael went above and beyond to ensure that our Engagement Party was perfect! The location, the service, the prices and atmosphere was incredible! We would highly recommend the Cumby Beer Garden for your next function! Thank you again Michael!

I had a ball, learning to dance Rock n Roll. Excellent teachers and awesome music. The band after dance lesson were Rock a billy band and they were great. Good vibes

Cool, great bands all day had dinner there
Calamari plate was great for $10 and Luke the glassy was around a lot cleaning up. The ladies who work there Are the hardest working gals around
