Hooked on the Bemm

We had a lovely 5 days visit in January 2024 at 'Hooked on the Bemm'. Thank you to the hosts, Leesa and Mike for their warmth and willingness to help in any way, which is outstanding. We enjoyed the stay, especially the hiring of their boats to catch several fish for dinner during the trip! Planning to return for more fishing 🎣 and family memories 🙂.

Had a fantastic day out on one of the hire boats. Leesa was a pleasure to deal with and sorted us out at pretty short notice. Mick met us at the boat ramp, gave us a quick but complete briefing and then set us on our way. A great way to get out on the lake and came back with a nice feed of bream. Totally worth the cost and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Spent a week there recently
WOW! This place is amazing. The owners Mick and Lisa are so friendly and accommodating. We had the cabin and was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. They also have “The Inn”, a common area which is like giant lounge room. Big screen tv, fridge, oven, kitchen, barbecue, fireplace and plenty of wood
This is our new “go to” place in Bemm

Fantastic affordable accomodation, that is clean well equipped with fantastic service nothing was a drama always willing to help.
The communal outdoor entertaining area was brilliant for cooking a bbq standing around the fire and watching the footy and roasting marshmallows!

AMAZING! Beautiful cabins, HUGE shower, comfy beds and fresh linens, quality Kitchen and outdoor area for outdoor events. Everything was really clean. Lisa was so helpful, inviting, and always made sure we were having the best stay. She even washed our clothes for us! And we found them folded and warm on our balcony. Beautiful family and perfect stay ❤

Absolutely gorgeous place, big spacious rooms, lovely hosts, great shower, pillows and bed comfy, kitchenette with everything you need. Comunity kitchen is awsome too. Will definitely be back

Really nice place to stay with great facilities.
The manager was excellent to deal with, the beds were comfy and the covered outdoor area was amazing.

The units are very modern with self contained showers and toilet in the unit.

Lots of local birds around and quite peaceful too.

Would recommend it and will definitely be staying there next time I get to bemm river.

Stayed at hooked again just after new years. Again, great service and will stay every time I head down there.

Excellent spotlessly clean accommodation. Karen is a superb hostess who looked after all our needs with meticulous care. We stayed for ten days and loved it.

The rooms are very well-renovated and comfortable and Nick, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend visiting.

Lovey and quiet place , you can only hear the sound of the birds and frogs from the nearby ponds. The room and all other facilities were clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
