Rio Bathroom

DO NOT buy from this store! I bought 2 vacuum cleaners on 6/01/2024. After waiting for over a month, I sent 2 emails - I got nothing back. No response, no tracking number. No status update.

Finally, I rang them up only to be told they don't have the items! Well, why didn't you call to let me know then? Why do I have to wait in the dark and do the chasing? This is very unprofessional. Don't run a business if you can't do the very basics.

I got my refund (which I'm thankful for) on the 16/02/2024.

First and last. Never again.

Super disappointing!
I ordered a laundry sink through these guys. After a while I had not received notice of dispatch or tracking. After trying to call numerous times I sent an email. I finally received a reply stating that the sink was out of stock and I would automatically be refunded. I asked for a copy of the refund for my documentation (which I never received). Since then I have not been able to get in contact with the company, via phone or email. Still no refund of my $200 and no sink to show for it. Total scam! Do NOT buy through this website.

Ordered a sink from their website on 7 May. Was called by Rio the next day to say that this model of sink had been discontinued and that a refund would be processed. Received some documentation indicating this but no actual refund. Have tried calling and emailing but no answer. After two weeks finally had contact to say they will look into it but they have once again gone silent.

My order came incomplete, missing an item. I sent them multiple emails, no replies. I tried to use their "Contact Us" form, the form doesn't work, it just keeps loading when I click "Send". The phone number listed does not connect.

I had a time frame to install the hardware and now it's being delayed because of this. I have to now source the part from another place and hope it fits and the finishing matches.

Numerous attempts to contact RIO Bathrooms by phone, message and email, with zero success.
Eventually got a refund. All is well that ends well!
