MKS Spices'n Things

As a local to Dandenong you cannot beat MKS as your first choice for speciality Indian and Sei Lankan food. There is a fast food counter so you can get your quick fix and it's attached to a grocery so it's essentially a one stop shop. The Samoas and pan rolls are quality and they are one of my go-tos when I'm visiting. Can't beat this place!

Nice Indian SriLankan Grocery shop with heaps of brands and varieties. The in-house takeaway restaurant is also reasonable and serves delectable dishes.

Love the food and variety. Just one small improvement suggestion... because of your popularity, your queues are long and I try to pre-order via phone in the hope of saving time waiting in the queue. It would be good to have a separate manned counter for phone order customers. Because our orders are ready, but we still have to join the same long queue as others who haven't pre-ordered to pay and go. Kind of defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Just a suggestion. 😊

Best Indian spices n things, food from the choices available. Some rare brands available. Would be nice if Grand Sweet n Snacks pickles n pastes were offered

I have been shopping in MKS since 2007 and it’s changed a lot i mean in a good way. Very helpful and friendly staff that i made friends with. The food is amazing but a bit expensive but it’s worth cause it’s fresh some fried items can be oily.

I usually buy sri Lankan groceries here and almost all the time I find things that I needed for a reasonable price.

Best customer service , very friendly and helpful, l love fish 'n' egg cutlet, beef 'n' cutlet, chicken fried rice and the eggplant side, been a customer of MK's since before 2007 never ever have we been disappointed with the food.
Know that every staff member is appreciated 👏

All got everything u need under one roof. all the Srilankan spices and most of the Srilankan food we crave for 😋😋😋 and there’s a cooked for counter too for take away!!

Good selection of subcontinental items. The ready to eat food is also very good.

Lot of items to purchase in a single shop. Lot of frozen vegetables herbs n spices. A variety of rice including all sri lankan rice basmathis. Wide variety of sizes and very reasonable prices. Also a street food section with a lot of meals to order. There's a queue you need to wait for your turn, ranging from rice, noodle fried food... etc.

This is an amazing shop for all your Asian cuisine needs.

This place has the best beef & fish pan rolls I have had out side of Sri Lanka. Also has a good selection of Sri Lankan/Indian groceries. Plenty of paid parking behind the store and in front of the store near the main entrance. Check the street signs for parking and the meter as well. Sometimes the meter might be out of order.

I couldn't take pictures, but this place is huge and has almost all Indian and Sri Lankan spice and grocery items available.
