Subi Q Korean BBQ

My wife and i just finished a fantastic meal at subi q. This was the 1st time at subi q so our plan was to order a lot and take home what we didn't finish. We ordered 6 dishes. Portions were very good, taste was amazing, price was ok, service was perfect. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

Lovely staff and the food was amazing. We had the Dinner Set A and the fried chickens with garlic onions sauce.

The staff was just amazing tonight, very attentive and they helped us frying the meat on the bbq.

The only thing is that they charge additional $7 for a few lettuce leaves or zucchini if you want extra. We paid $7 for 6 thin slices of zucchini and $7 for 6 leaves of salad which I find quite u reasonable.

Will come again.

We brought a group of 5, 2 kids and 3 adults. Friendly service and delicious food. We all left with full tummies and smiles all round. A very satisfying dining experience was had. Well priced too with a cash discount.

My favorite korean BBQ in town. The meat is always fresh and good, their potato salad and their kimchi also fresh. The takoyaki have beautiful crispy skin and soft inside. The kimchi soup is well done made.
Friendly staff and you can get 5% discount when you pay cash.

Went early on a Monday night so it wasn't their peak time. Ordered the Korean BBQ set, which they cooked for us and all the food was delicious. Had the Korean beer, Cass which I enjoyed too. Also tried their fried chicken, tasty again. I would definitely come again.

A small cosy place. It is our favourite Korean restaurant in town. Food here has never disappointed us and the price is very reasonable plus friendly and helpful staff make your dinner just better. We never leave unhappily.

The service was excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We took the 2/3 people set menu. The quality of the meat is superb. The best Korean BBQ I ever had in Melbourne at the moment. We will be back soon.

Unforgettable food! Very tasty, beautiful ambiance. Family friendly & well priced. The pork belly pork, bulgogi, spicey chicken cheese and soy seafood were the best Korean food I have eaten in Melbourne so far. Herald attended us and was so helpful and cooked for us (we came on a week day - weekends you must cook it yourself). The cabbage kimchi was delicious. Highly recommend.

I celebrated my birthday this year over here. Very accomodating in terms of a large number of reservation. Very easy to get a car park too (for Saturday night). Food was tasty and very reasonably $

Great Korean BBQ place. Friendly and quick service. Fantastic menu from Korean fried chicken, to bulgogi, to gyoza.
The KFC with cheese was the highlight.
This place doesn't have any Gluten Free options unfortunately and I hope they look at adding some in the future.

We had our Valentine's Day dinner here and it was a very good dining experience. Foods are great! Best to book your reservation ahead so as not to be disappointed coz they are so popular. Good service too! Definitely we will come back.

Wonderful little kbbq spot. Staff were very friendly and the food was delicious - loved the fried chicken and banchan. Great teobboki that's not too spicy. Be sure to let them know if you have any allergies!

Food was very delicious. Had the boneless sweet and spicy chicken, tteokbokki, and soybean stew. Great balance of spice and flavour. Also, couldn’t get enough of the potato salad side.

My first experience at Korean BBQ. The staff were wonderful and helped us through the experience with kindness and good humour. The food was absolutely beautiful and we all left happy little beings.

I ordered their tteokbokki and boneless spicy and sweet fried chicken. They were amazing!! The tteokbokki was served with a little bit of soup (rather than in a thick paste) and it reminded me of the tteokbokki I had in Korea, so that was a nice surprise! I requested for the tteokbokki to be less spicy and it was perfectly executed! The fried chicken was less crispy than I had expected, but the sauce complimented the chicken so well. The peanut sprinkled on the chicken was the icing on the cake. Overall, a great experience!
