The delivery was exceptionally fast, and upon opening the package, I was delighted to find absolutely stunning shoes in a colour that was simply captivating. The craftsmanship is evident in the quality of the shoes. I've previously purchased some of my favourite shoes in-store, and the customer service has always been exceptional, maintaining a top-tier standard.

The boots caught my eye as I walked by the store during my visit to Melbourne. Fortunately, my size was still available. I went home with more shoes than anticipated 😂. They’re comfy, absolutely gorgeous and were on sale! 😉 Staff was friendly and helpful. If I ever come back, I’d visit this store again.

I have always found the quality of the shoes & handbags @ Peter Shepherd , of a very high standard . Well made from all over the world with a huge variety to choose from. However it’s the staff here that really shine & make it an old fashioned & unique experience. They are wonderful & professional , measure your size and have a wide product knowledge . My grandmother and I visited this store on the 27th of August and had a wonderful experience with a lady named Lucy. After a negative experience with a rude staff member in 2022, my grandma was hesitant to return. However, we are grateful we did as she found a very comfortable pair of shoes that she loves.

I do not look like your average Peter Sheppard customer but I have always found staff to be welcoming over the past decade of shopping here for formal shoes. As someone who’s very difficult to fit, I appreciate the knowledge that all staff have about their range and the suggestions they offer after listening to what I need. I cannot recommend this shop enough if you’re the sort of person who can spend hours in Myers and come out disappointed. Yes, the shoes can seem expensive but everything I’ve bought so far has been beautiful quality, well wearing and comfortable.

Unparalleled range of high-quality women's shoes. They manage to cater to both the super fashionable and those of us with very wide or narrow feet. The staff are excellent; they're friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm always surprised by their patience in helping me find shoes that actually fit (not an easy or quick task!). If you have wide feet, look no further.

An excellent place, especially for those of us who experience foot and ankle injuries/pain and need comfortable all designed footwear.
The staff are patient, helpful and knowledgable and based on what the information that I shared with them about the nature of my foot 'problem' they steered me towards suitable ankle boots (and away from styles that were not going to be suitable).

The staff are always willing to go the extra mile at Peter Sheppard. I have been coming here for years as I have a very narrow foot, and it takes skill to find something that will fit. I am loving the shoes I bought on my last shopping trip. I have also found it very easy to return shoes when they weren't suited.

A large variety of lovely well made shoes to fit all types of feet including the most difficult. Sales people are very attentative and measure your feet to get the right size for you. Highly recommend.

I have difficult shoe problems and Maria went to no end of trouble to assist me in finding a shoe suited to my needs that was comfortable as well.
