King River Brewing

The most inviting brewery in Victoria. Lush trees shade the expansive beer garden whilst music dances from them.

So many varieties of beer that you'll find at least one you like and the other often not seen on our shores are all exceptionally executed.

Nathan is such an excellent host and the place just oozes comfort.

Came in for dinner on our way from Bright to the south. A warm muggy night with a mild cool breeze for context.
We were greeted very cheerfully by one of the bartenders, Lachlan. We were given plenty of seating options and once settled and food was ordered we did a quick check in on the beers on tap. Lachlan was amazing with his knowledge of each individual beer. The tasting menu became an experience not only of taste, but also of brewing history, world history and a good laugh.
The pizzas are amazing and full of flavour, the beers were delightful and the atmosphere under the trees with dim lighting made for an incredible experience. Ended up picking a schooner of their beautiful mango beer to go along with dinner. A perfect refreshment.
Will definitely be returning to this brewery.

Stopover for the gourmet craft beers, worth the stop to treat your tastebuds but be careful they are strong beers! Thank you for great banter behind the bar, and nice outdoor seating area where we had lots of fun drinking beer under the trees outside.

I'm not a beer drinker but I love king river beers! Lachlan our bartender was superb. He took me through the process of brewing and how it differs to make each beer. Of particular mention are my favourites, the galaxy, mango and Kolsch beers. We had a fantastic time and the service is above and beyond!!

Great craft beer range, excellent food (incl. pizzas), lovely garden, service and atmosphere. Limited other drink options but certainly enough to make an evening of it. Very suitable for families incl. doggo (on-lead). Will definitely be back.

We went yesterday for grand final day and a few weeks ago for King River Sounds. Such a nice family friendly venue for food and drinks. I had a couple of tasting paddles and a pint of ginger beer which was more than enough. We also had pizzas, nachos,bratwurst and snacks. This will be our local when we move to the area.

This must be one of our favourite places to visit in the King Valley. Nathan, Brianna and their team have created a magnificent venue where you can devour fabulous pizzas and sip on one of their award winning beers for hours on end. A must visit if you're in the area.

One of the best breweries we’ve been to in ages! Great beers, awesome staff and great grounds to play some games and enjoy the sunshine. Can’t wait to go back!

Food, service and beer were all fantastic. Will definitely be back, just really sorry that we couldn't be here for the Oktoberfest because the menu looked so delicious.

Great food and service. The beers are fantastic with a big selection.

We stumbled upon their M-October fest in November. They could not have been more accommodating to our needs, (in fairness we are easily pleased) they had awesome food, mighty nice beer and customer service was the best we have had in a long night time. Would highly recommend this place made our 2021 complete

Awesome beer. These guys put a lot of effort into brewing and it shows. Food was King Valley standard (awesome) and went very well with the beer. Great atmosphere. We will be back. Can also get these beers around the local pubs
