What can I say... I spotted the lovely bags while walking around. They appear to be of high quality and look elegant. It's important to me that I get something local, Australian brand, that you can't get anywhere else. After checking them online, I went to see them and bought two bags.

Blake, the staff member, was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me very useful tips and helped me choose. In the end, the bag proves to be a great choice since it suits all the needs I have for my trip.

Despite being genuine leather, they're not heavy at all. Normally, it's so heavy that you don't want to carry anything. The leather is nice and light, which I like. For traveling, everything fits perfectly in my handbag. I just fell in love with this brand 😍

The young salesgirl was really polite and tries her best to recommend the bags that may suit my preference. Recommend add ons without pushing us too, which we really appreciated that. Happy to return to this store in the future.

Really disappointed in the customer service at Oroton Store in Myer Melbourne. My daughter bought a bag in the afternoon of Christmas Eve 2023. The sales girl was oblivious to customers in the shop and we had to interrupt her to get her attention to assist us. We purchased what we assumed was the “Audrey 3 pocket bag”…the sales girl did not open the sealed package to check (nor did we…BIG MISTAKE!! And lesson learned for next time!) and when we got home via a 1.5hour train trip, we realised that it was the wrong bag. I immediately rang and spoke to the same sales girl. She said that she could not transfer the correct bag to her local Myer store, nor would she post out the correct bag, and said we would have to come back in another day to swap it over. We were not impressed to firstly have the wrong bag! and to have to spend more time and money to return for the correct bag. When we got to the store at opening time the following Friday, another sales lady ignored us while she checked her money drawer and fiddled with her computer for 10mins. When we explained to her about our situation, she said she was new and had no idea about the returns process. She phoned her manager, but no answer. After 20 minutes of her “fluffing “ on her iPad, she eventually let us swap the bag and take our original receipt. It seemed to us that there was a real lack of training for the staff. I hope our review can prompt some changes and the staff can be trained to firstly check what they are selling, be taught how to do returns and given some training on customer service, rather than ignoring the customers in their store.

I’m very please with the Oroton design bag that’s I want to buy and finally I got it .. the treatment was nice but when the salesgirl suddenly call me she call me as SIR.!!! While I write my details on some pieces of paper., and I approach her why she call me SIR.. and she continues say sorry SIR opss MISS.

I still don’t expect she will said that., i feel shocked and of course sad experience I have while I shooping there

MYER OROTON.. please teach your stuff to respect people regards their gender

他の方の口コミにもありましたが、顧客サービスが悪すぎます。スタッフだけでなく、マネージャー含めです。2024年1月3日13時ごろ来店し、財布を購入しようとしていたところです。

MYERのギフトカードを使用しようとスタッフに渡すと、裏のPINコードの入力が必要なので、PINコード上に貼られているシールを"剥がして"くださいと言われました。何度も剥がそうとしますが、硬くて剥がれません。すると彼女がカードを私からとり、ペンのような鋭角なもので削り始めました。すると、削りすぎてPINコードが消えてしまいました。彼女は、PINが見えないから使えないといいました。（本当のやり方はコインで削るようです）

その場を離れMYERのカスタマーサービスへ相談すると、OROTONのマネージャーに連絡をしてくれて対応してくれることに。現場に戻りマネージャーに話をすると、私の顔も見ずに「I dont know whats going on」とだけ言い放ち謝罪の言葉もありません。もちろん先ほどのスタッフからもです。ギフトカード分の割引はしてくれたものの、決して安いものでもないのに商品は現物そのまま渡され、新しいものはないのか聞くと、それが最後の一つだからと適当に言葉を発されました。巾着や箱もありません。

間違ってしまうことは仕方のないことですが、やり方がわからないならむやみに指示しない・触らないでほしい、そして自分の犯した間違いに対して素直に認めて謝罪の気持ちを込めてほしいと心の底から思います。

母親へのギフトとして購入しました。たくさん探し回り、やっと最高の一品を見つけ、とても嬉しかったのに最悪な気持ちになりました。商品はとても素晴らしいものばかりですので今後は他の店舗で購入します。
