A fun place where people with intellectual disabilities can thrive as they are assisted to achieve their goals through maximum participation, engagement and by following their interests. We use an Active Support Model as well as Positive Behaviour Support methodology which is respectful to the participants and allows us to focus on their strengths and enable them to reach their dreams.

It's good to work here because i get to learn how to use new machinery and get to make new friends. My job keeps me interested and busy during the day. The staff are good to work with.

I have worked here for 30 years. I have learnt a lot about packaging and quality and am even learning how to use the computer to print labels.

Disabled people working and constantly listening violent shouts and screams. Watch out! Don't let the supervisors bullying your disabled family members. I called WorkSafe.
