Should be say, this is my best gelato in Melbourne!
The variety of choices and the portion was worth for the long queue.
Strawberry flavour was my pick, sour and sweet!
Definitely will pay my next visit when I back to Mel again.

When you visit Melbourne, Pidapipó is a must.
Their gelato is so great.
You can taste some flavours first before decide which one you like.
Price is acceptable.

I love the attention and service that they provide to each customer.
You can try a new flavour with a stick before you buy a whole scoop of ice cream.
They offer two options, cones or cups, and they provide napkins as well.
Go there during weekdays because the queue is long during the weekends.

10pm on Sat still sees a long queue, we’ve learnt that Aussies love gelato, that’s crazy haha.

Quite bulky, so me and my friend share one hazelnut flavor, creamy and not too sweet, I love it. Wanna come again!

I love this place! It’s my favorite ice cream shop now. I’ve tried many flavors and none of them have disappointed me. My favorite ones are watermelon and pistachio. And the staff here is like a ray of sunshine☀ look at the smile 🤨

Absolutely amazing gelato - The texture is incredibly creamy and rich. I highly recommend trying their Pistachio and Bacio flavors – they're truly exceptional. The Pistachio is full of authentic nutty flavor, while the Bacio offers a perfect blend of chocolate and hazelnut.

Worth the wait with standard and unusual flavours available. The banana milk was delicious! I wish I could have taken the whole tub and a spoon to it! Yum!!

We truly enjoyed the variety of flavours that we have tried, and we will definitely come back to try others! Staffs were friendly as well ☺

If you’re planning to hang there, there’s very limited seating in their vicinity. It can be a little bit crowded, too. So be prepared to queue during peak periods.

Always delicious ice cream. I had one of the crowd favourites Peanut butter, caramel, chocolate, malt. This is a great combo. Staff are always lovely and helpful.

This gelato spot was bustling with customers when we arrived to place our order. The attendants were incredibly friendly and offered us a few samples. We decided on the coconut/strawberry and hazelnut flavors, and both were delicious. The cute shop was a bit small, so we had to enjoy our gelato outside, but it was amazing. The coconut and strawberry flavor, in particular, was my absolute favorite. The other flavors also caught my attention, and I couldn't help but want to try all of them.

Ordered takeaway for the first time - kind of dodgy since it's ice cream! Ordered the passion fruit and mint/lime sorbet plus mint chip, the cherries and cones. Enough for 5 of us - came beautifully packaged (seriously, over the top lovely, wrapped like a gift!) and perfectly intact. Had not tried the mint/lime sorbet before and it was SO delicious. Passionfruit and mint chip wowed as always. 5 very happy customers here - will never miss a trip to Pidapipo when we are in Melbourne!

Didn't know about this place, but when I saw the long queue at 8:30 pm on a weekday, I took it as evidence of how good a place it is. The 2 cheerful ladies at the counter made the experience more worthwhile. I wanted a flavour that wasn't too sweet and they happily guided me through to picking the right one. So the cheesecake passion fruit and pistachio ice creams were tasting all the more better. Thanks ladies!!

Probably the best salad caramel ice cream I've ever had (and I've had lots). I was recommended this place and was not disappointed.
Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

I'm not sure it's worth waiting in line, but I noticed no line today so I swung in for a scoop. The banana milk is fantastic, but I can't say it's better than other nearby gelato shops. Still gets 5 stars though for being delicious.
