I got my delivery a day earlier than expected! It was a pre-order and those tend to get delayed by manufacturers and such. Smooth service and device got delivered in perfect condition!

A good experience. Friendly to deal with. Guitar was shipped internationally and it arrived quickly (approx. 2 weeks). The outer box was quite damaged but the guitar was packed well so no damage on the actually instrument.

Admittedly, my experience is limited, since all I did was order, via Reverb, a model of bass that I already knew I wanted, but which was out of stock everywhere else in Europe. However, that said, the bass arrived quickly and in perfect condition. So five stars!
