A pretty nice location with a huge pool (including water-drop-mushroom in the flat non-swimmers area) next to the bar.
Relaxing with a bottle of well tempered beer or a glas of wine ("Kaiserspritzer") next to the water and listening to local experts dicussing about their experiences with mowing the lawn in the east of the Fladnitzer city or being head-of-marshal durring the next soccer match, is one of the most satisfying things you can practise on a hot summer afternoon.
The chef the Rang of the adjacent restaurant "Thunder" always finds a quiet minute to sit down next to you and talk about the bright side of life. (Insider tip: They are well known for the delicious Berner Würstl the restaurant is serving!)

Für mich der niceste Platz, wenn es um Naherholung und Kulinarik geht.

Pro:
- Sehr nettes Personal
- Essen ist der pure Wahnsinn
- integrierter Fußreflexzonen-Massageboden

Einziges Manko: Leider kein Heißluftballon-Landeplatz direkt am Wasser.
Pro-Tipp: 100m südlich befindet sich ein Fußballplatz, dieser ist bei vorhandener Treffsicherheit eine gute Parkmöglichkeit für euren Ballon. (An Wochenenden sollte sich im Vorhinein über evtl. stattfindende Fußballspiele informiert werden)
