Waldpark Hochreiter Breitenau am Hochlantsch

This was a great experience with kids. There was so much interesting information along the eco system Forrest and it's flora and fauna.
Also a great restaurant and a playground is making this destination a great place for families.

Super place with a small kid. Animals are very gentle. We also tried the food. As always in Austria same king of food with their wienerschnizel and French fries and this is very good. Take warm clothes anytime, you are in the middle of the mountains.

This is a great place for children to get to know some animals that otherwise thay would never encounter in real life.
Gorgeous sights, clean air and lots of fun for children.
You can buy food to feed the animals and that is exciting for children as well.
The price is reasonable for entrance but our friends had bought a year round ticket which was cheaper if you plan to visit this place more than three times.
Also you should buy a wooden ball or have a few golf balls with you so that your kids can play with them on the places marked out for this game.
(Golf balls would do to,if you have any at home!)
I would recomend this place to families with children although anyone who loves nature would really enjoy it...
We were blessed to be there with friends and family and enjoy God's creation...He has made them so beautiful for us to enjoy and admire.

Great small zoo with goats, sheep, pigs, deer, cows and lots of rodents and some birds. Animals can be fed. Fantastic large kids play area (water, sand, slides etc). Info paths for mushrooms, plants. Very nice restaurant onsite. Highly recommended half day trip with kids.

A nice place for a trip with kids. They've got different animals: sheep, goats, donkeys, deer, pigs. . All to feed and pet. Unfortunately it was raining when we were there but it was still nice to be there.

Great place for families and children, many great attractions - apart from various cute animals, several great Kugelbahn, waterpark, perfect restaurant, definitely worth returning
