Furniture store in the middle price segment with good selection and delivery service with assembly work

i hold a 'Preise Pass' since the beginning. anything important i need, i buy it there. i always look there first snd then cross over to möbelux.
i change apt in february to 27 min on foot to Lutz. i go there quite often to get the new apt ready.
2 ladies at 2 cash register always ask me to open my bag. i don't mind, they ask others.
today was something very upsetting about that lady.
i pass her 5 min before with my purchases from moebelux. i forgot to buy shower curtains and one for the kitchen. i decided to walk thru to the fabric department. didnt see anything and went right back out.
i told her i had nothing. she called me back n asked me to open my bag. so i did.
she made me find the receipt from möbelux.
the old lady spent time reading and checking every piece to make sure they match the receipt. she still wasn't satisfied.
i told her that such cheap products are never sold in Lutz xxl. i consider Lutz to be a higher end as möbelux. she argued with ne that. now pay attention: Lutz sells THESE same products as möbellux for the same cheap prices.
i replied to her that for the past 32 years that i am in this town, i never saw any piece i'of 'fleckentepich' for ONE [1] EURO.
She kept looking at my transparent purse (i has some religious magazines in it].
i can't believe that Lutz is losing so much to stealing that they would put their customers to such humiliation. if they are being robbed, maybe they should look among their own people.
i must have been at least 100 times there, to the restaurant, etc... i have never done anything wrong there.
my skin colour is the only thing i am not able to hide.
when a customer say goodbye, and upon demand emptied the contents of her bag plus receipt, the search should stop there.
DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT AM SO STUPID TO STEAL 8 PIECES OF something for 1 eur totalling 8 euros from moebelux, plus 1 piece of another kind for 3 eur from moebelux, totalling 12 eur, Especially knowing that you watch people of my complexion like hawks in your store?
All is good:. from now own, i will tell all my contacts to buy from moebelux instead of Lutz because their own cashier revealed it that the products are the same. i know, the 3 shops belong to the same investors.
still, let moebelux make the UMSATZ. their employees are young, friendly, know customer service and dont treat people like thives.

In past few months we did some big buys here more often - only one time we had a problem with the cashier lady - she didn't accept my fiance ID card - even though it was European and said we need passport - then she said that if we are purchasing under his name we are not able to use my credit card as it is not his name on it - never noticed her checking others people credit cards and also it never happened to us before. She was quite rude and not very helpful but then we talked to some other people in the branch and at the end everything went well.
Also once we drove all the way to Stockerau to pick up a wardrobe and by coming home after opening boxes we found out the wood was water damaged and really dirty- as we waited 5weeks for the wardrobe we were really upset as it wasn't even custom made. There was just problem with renting the car again -another 20 euros for if- but then they were able to arrange it for us for free. Piece was changed in few days.
Over all - furniture is really nice and I would say quality ones- instructions not very clear but that is not problem of this shop in particular.

Nice and innovative fournitures but they can be expensive compared to other brands like Ikea and Möbelix.
