Podersdorf Lighthouse

Beautiful view. Calm and serene atmosphere. Even though there were many visitors it was not loud when I visited. There are nice restaurants nearby.

One of the highlights of the lake area. Most lakeside areas are blocked off by paid parks so this is one area where you can go right next to the lake. Very lovely views.

Very lively and lovely place to catch up the sunset and for shooting birds as well. The benches are so wide and comfortable to sit with and lie down.

We were driving and thought we'd do a detour to visit this light house on the way to Vienna, as we've never been here before. Even though it's winter and drizzly, it was still a nice place to visit. There's a few stalls still open selling drinks and food too.

Absolutely lovely place.

Beautiful place to spend time on fresh air and relax, perfect for picnic and visiting with kids. Parking free near by. Public toilets available for free and very clean. (We were there outside of summer peak months when the beach is paid)

Nice and beautiful place. Good for rest and holiday for whole family and also for couples. Many possibility for water sports.Boat transfer to the other side of the lake. You can rent a small boat. I will definitly visit this place again :)

Iconic small lighthouse which you may literally touch. Beautiful for hanging out with family, or loved ones, or photographers. The lighthouse is a part of a pier for small yachts, and larger beautiful and maintained lakeside, though paid.

Highly recommended day trip. Especially during the week since I can imagine (and also was told) how busy the place can be over the weeked.

Lovely spot for a day out, sunbathing, swimming, water sports, after 5 pm entry to the beaches is free. Everything is clean.
