Best wine on offer in Europe. Fair market prices. Great wine tasting opportunities. A must stop for me every time I go to Austria.

If you are a wine lover and you are nearby, then most definitely you need to visit Weinmarkt.
The staff is very helpful, well trained and friendly. You should not be disappointed with their advices.
The wine selection maybe is not very wide but satisfactory. Everything what is available is produced from scratch by local producers.
Every year at the city, there is a competition based on a blind test. The winner becomes the Stadtwein - The City Wine for the next year. Of course, you can buy it here.
For such decent wines, prices are quite low, and despite that, what might be also interesting, you can taste them all on the spot.

Our favorite and mandatory stop for every year holiday trip. Great choice of local vines. Excellent pice/quality ratio. Love this place - it's really worth leaving the highway and stop in Poysdorf.

Offers wide selection of local wines in a intriguing interior.

I only bought 1 (amazing) wine but I am definitely coming back for couple of crate full of goodness.

They have 30 of the around 40 local wineries represented in the store. Some available for tasting. Wine makers worked in the store. Very friendly.
