Landhaus Bergner Alm

One of best apartments I have stayed and. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Everything was well taken care of and clean. The room were big, with big windows with mountain view

We had a brilliant time staying here for our summer holiday. The apartment was perfect for what we needed - loads of space, all the essentials to get by, and in a great location.

So many fabulous walks that start from the chalet - a mixture of hills or flat valleys, but all stunning. Plenty of shops nearby and other towns are easily accessible to stock up on foods or to eat out if you prefer.

The view from the balcony looks directly up the valley and mountains leading towards Grossglockner - such a treat and lovely to see at all times of the day. We even sat out during a storm and not a drop of rain falls on the space, so having this is such a wonderful addition to the apartment.

Bec & Chris were super hosts, right from our initial welcome as soon as we arrived, through to the helpful advice during our stay, and to the farewell. They make you feel at home.

We highly recommend this chalet (and the hosts!) and cannot wait to go back!! ☀🇦🇹

Lovely chalet we have stayed at a couple of times, spacious, clean and picturesque. Really convenient for all the activities in the area (we've been in winter and summer and liked it for both). The hosts were also really helpful too, great option for the area

The chalet is located superbly in bruck and with easy access to the slopes, hikes and zell am see.

The apartments we stayed in were very cosy, clean and had everything provided that we needed.

The hosts were also so helpful and welcoming ensuring our stays have been as enjoyable as possible.

Thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great holiday in Austria.

Fantastic house with great bedrooms and bathrooms. Great living space with smart tv and WiFi. Garden was nice with space to bbq. Chris and Bec the owners have a fantastic service. Location is perfect nearby many things to do in the summer and winter. Don't forget to get a link from Chris for a guide. Also great with a dog. We are a familie of 4 inclused our dog so We used only 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Great upto 8 persons. Stairs to go up! We will meet again. Thans you for a great stay!!!

Wonderful place. It has all the amenities you need. Big terrace with a mountain view. It's warm inside and the hosts are very friendly. Only the rooms are a bit dark.

Clean.. Well furnished.. Free parking.. With reasonable price.
The owner was really friendly.. Location is good for gross Glöckner area!
One small thing: the Wi-Fi signal is low and some times is really slow ( even that we are not in the high season)

Amazing beautiful cosy homely place in great location with fabulous snowy mountain views. Lovely very friendly welcoming owners, we really didn’t want to leave. After two years waiting for this trip it’s was every bit PERFECT. I really can’t wait to return and already considering hosting a yoga retreat during winter months here. Super clean, warm, cosy with everything you need compared to some other apartments we stay that often forgot things, this chalet is very much about the personal detail and owners touch. THANK YOU we will be back :)

Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie en verblijf in dit fijne appartement (Kandl Spitze). Bec en Chris zijn super hosts, die ons goede tips hebben gegeven voor wandelingen in de omgeving. Het appartement is gezellig, ruim en schoon en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie.

On a passé un très bon Séjour chez Chris et Bec.
Le chalet est très bien entretenu. Notre appartement était spacieux, bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La vue sur les montagnes était magnifique.
Le chalet lui même est très bien situé et vous permettra été comme hiver de faire beaucoup d'activités. En parlant d'activités, Chris et Bec ont élaboré une application qui vous donne toutes les informations nécessaires concernant l'arrivée, les activités, les restaurants, les transports etc..

Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub. Schon bei der Anreise hat man sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es gab einen kleinen selbstgebackenen Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein. Zudem war für die ersten Tage alles vorhanden, von Toilettenpapier über Kaffeepads bis zu Spülmaschinetabs. Zudem haben die Besitzer auch eine App entwickelt, wo man die nötigsten und wichtigsten Informationen findet. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und man konnte sich mit jeglichen Fragen an ihn wenden. Die Terrasse liegt auf der Sonnenseite, so dass wir sogar bei 3 Grad draußen sitzen konnten. Von hier aus hat man auch die Möglichkeit in tolle Skigebiete zu fahren , aber im Sommer kann man sich auch aufmachen zu tollen Wanderungen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nah in einem Ort, wo auch ein Bahnhof ist, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist, mit dem man ganz schnell andere Orte erkunden kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Aufenthalt in der Bergner Alm.
Wir waren zu 8. und niemandem hat es an irgendetwas gefehlt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Bädern, 3 Schlafzimmern, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und wirklich sehr sauber! Die Vermieter waren immer da wenn man Fragen hatte, gaben Tipps für Unternehmungen, haben sogar eine App entwickelt mit allem was man braucht, inklusive Brötchenservice (wenn man nicht vergisst diesen zu bestellen, (nicht wahr Chris ;-) )
Also, alles in allem SUPER! Kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf in het Landhaus Bergner Alm. Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomt door Chris & Bec en kregen een rondleiding door het Chalet. Ze hadden een heerlijke tulband cake met een flesje Oostenrijkse witte wijn klaargezet voor ons😊.
Het is een mooie complete accomodatie, je merkt dat ze met liefde dit Landhaus runnen en hebben oog voor details. Er ontbreekt je werkelijk niks.
In Coronatijd hebben ze een app gemaakt waar je alle informatie, tips, restaurantjes, bergalmen, uitstapjes, etc. kunt terugvinden. Superfijne aanwinst!

Vi har haft en perfekt ferie i Landhaus Bergner Alm hos Chris og Bec. Lejligheden er ren, veludstyret og stor. Placeringen er perfekt for mange gode aktiviter i området. Chris og Bec er meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter.

Wir hatten das Apartment Edelweiß Spitz. Es ist gut eingerichtet und fast alles da für einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Ausgangslage für viele schöne Ausflüge. Einkauf,tanken,.... ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.In Zell am See ist man auch in 5 min. mit dem Auto.
Bec und Chris sind zwei sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter die einem immer zur Seite stehen.

Heerlijk appartement (edelweiss spitze)! Ruime slaapkamer en een aparte kinder kamer. Het was schoon! Keuken is goed uitgerust.
De 2 appartementen op de bovenste verdieping is wel even trap lopen!

Hele vriendelijke beheerders!

Ideale plek om de omgeving te verkennen. De stoomtrein naar de krimmler wasserfalle is zomers zeker een aanrader.

Er is ook een garage waar je sport spullen kwijt kunt.
