Schloss Kornberg Bardeau'sches Kultur- und Ausstellungszentrum

It was perfection. Rich in history told by the direct family, the Duke himself. He has an amazing family rich in historical events. His stories will enlighten you and offer you a sense of history not found in many castles. They offer a beautiful courtyard with festivities, elegant dinning, many great souvenirs and treasures. The stories during the tour were amazing with new technology as part of the experience. Grand views and little hidden treasures everywhere. This is a must do experience. I highly recommend it! The tour is not wheelchair friendly but the courtyard still can be enjoyed. Lots of parking and it's free. You must have this experience, it's gorgeous.

My wife and I visited Schloss Kornberg a couple of days ago and had a wonderful time. Our tour was very detailed and we saw a lot of the castle, both indoors and outdoors. In the two hours or so we spent there we had barely enough time to see the castle itself (which includes a library, an armory, a couple of magnificent dining halls, a seasonal Easter shop and many other rooms we will return to see next time), the art gallery nearby as well as the affiliated minitiature castle exhibit and a 3600-degree spherical planetarium at the foot of the hill. The entire region of Styria is beautiful to visit (and is always warmer due to its micro-climate!), with this castle being one of its highlights.

The owner himself leads you through this awesome castle.

Large castle courtyard hosts a nice restaurant. I loved the ceramics art shop with self-service via a cash box on Sundays!

Beautiful areas around here. Local friendly stables just below with all the facilities you need including great cross country course. If you have time to view inside castle then well worth a look.

Lovely place!

Wunderschöner Adventmarkt, viele Aussteller aus der Region. Gratis Parkplätze sehr sehr schönes Ambiente.

Eine sehr schöne gut besuchte Ausstellung. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Wir besuchen jedes Jahr die Weihnachtsausstellung im Schloss Kornberg und finden immer ein schönes Weihnachtsgeschenk.

Eine wunderschöne Burg- bzw. Schlossanlage, welche der ehrenwerte und sehr sympathische Burgherr dankenswerterweise der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht hat. 🙏

Die Führung mit dem Burgherrn persönlich wahr uns ein absolutes Erlebnis. Dankeschön dafür.

Es werden auf dem Anwesen ständig Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen abgehalten. Auch für das leibliche Wohl wird bestens gesorgt. Der beste Besuch einer Burg den ich bis jetzt erleben durfte.
