Alpengasthof Hoiswirt

I spent a long weekend at Alpengasthof Hoiswirt and although the weather was terrible, the stay itself was nice.
The hosts are really nice and helpful people, the kitchen is great with freshly made food and excellent fish dishes.
The room where I stayed would need a bit of renovation, however if you are travelling with a dog and spend the day outdoors, it is a simple but pleasant place to stay.
I can recommend it to anyone who would like to go hiking or cycling in the region and have a nice dinner with a cold beer in the evening.

We were staying only for one night and make a reservation only 40 min before arrival. Honestly it was one of the best decision. The owner(I guess) or the staff was very nice and wait for us to give us a key. The breakfast was lovely 11/10. Room was very nice the only minus was the WiFi connection which is important for me. The surroundings are beautiful and during the night you can see every star because it’s so dark :D if I can I would rate 6stars. Unlucky for us there is no empty room when we coming back from Italy.

We have been in this hotel as a stopover. The place has great view over the valley.
They have big rooms with very good showers. And excellent beds.
The breakfast is good and more then enough. We were arriving after and were still able to get a diner at a fare price.
Great hotel in a beautiful natural surrounding. With a lot of options for walking and cycling. And in the winter for skiing.

We booked the accomodation last minute, and we were so lucky to find this one - it was such a pleasant location in nature close to the woods, the rooms were cosy and clean and met all our needs. The breakfast was one of a kind..never had such a variety of food... we really enjoyed it!

Me and my girlfriend had a pleasant experience at Alpengasthof Hoiswirth. The room we had was just renovated and clean, the dinner was fabulous and very tasty, really homemade, and last but not least, the staff was very welcoming to us. Next trip to Austin I will come here again for sure!!!

Lovely place with very kind and helpful staff. Only 15 minutes from the motorway exit but the neighborhood is quiet, green and charming. Rooms very clean and spacious. I recommend this place and I will be happy to visit it again.

Beautiful, quiet surroundings in mountains, sat.TV, rooms with bathrooms, parking, no wi-fi is very positive option in present world... Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfest in room charge.

Typical Austrian guesthouse clean, with helpfull staff limited speaking english !

Sehr nette Begrüßung. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Zugang einer großen Terrasse. Sehr gute Matratzen in einem breiten Doppelbett.
Das Frühstück war sensationell gut!
Wir haben es nicht bereut, auf unserer Motorradtour hier übernachtet zu haben!
