MEMORI Sushi Experience

This is the restaurant served best sushi, and the the waiter was knowledgeable, the chef was very skillful.

This has to be one of the best sushi places in the middle of Europe. I did never expect to get sushi at this class anywhere as I know from trips to Japan how real sushi should be and this is as close as you can get. You prolly need to go to Japan or one of the premium sushi places in New York or LA to be on that same level.

Once upon a time, two brother started a fight which grew up into the war. The war of two neighbourhoods, then two cities, and then two nations. Decades ahead war was still at the edge of big losses from both sides. Day after day, despite of season, despite of weather the war continued. At the moment of spiritual equilibrium in the glory of ancient Gods, two brothers met to negotiate the peace. And the peace was achieved. Achieved at the Memori restaurant. I would highly recommend this place if you want to find internal peace and peace with your beloved once.

Amazing! When we arrived we were wondering how good it is going to be because its next to a shopping mall outside of Graz.
But it was just so good! The waiters are extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The mixed plate is quite expensive, so it might be better to choose some rolls and taste through them. The rainbow roll is truly amazing! Its pure creamy and delicousness! We also had the crispy roll and crunchy tuna which were both really good as well.
I can definitely recommend going there!!!! It is just like its called premium traditional sushi.

The best sushi restaurant in Austria!!
Not only food is good, but there is the traditional japanese heartfelt kind service "Omotrnashi" !!! That makes me happy crying.

Normally are there only Salmon, Tuna and butterfish in Austria. But höre we could eat some other sushi like Akagai, Unagi, Bonito, Makrele, Hamachi, ōttoro.......

We ordered Omakase. The Taste was excellent!!! Sakura Maki with fried asparagus and fried rice was not my taste.... sorry.
It could be better when it was raw fish.
Bonito was really nice!! It doesn't smell!!!
But that could be not for who likes much more fish fish smell:-p
Desert was also top level!

Staff were very kind and my baby(1years old) could have fun and enjoy her meal. Thankfully they gave her also Rice and avocado:-)

The best sushi in Graz, possibly in Austria. Hands down. They have an in house beer that's nice, but pricy. But you won't find this kind of quality anywhere else.

Probably the best Sushi in town. This can compete with international standards. It's freaking good.

The service is really decent and attentive. We had the Memori Plater for two. It gives you a great idea all the way through the Sushi Menu. Comes with Rolls, Makis, Nigiris and some seasoned Sashimi.
