Caramello Caffè

Caffè Caramello feels like a home, away from home.

Not only the coffee is incredible - they have the best *Italian* cappuccino in the entirety of Graz- the “pasticcini” are fantastic, done exactly as the Italian tradition of the “pasticceria mignon” says.

Their cornetti are simply the best in the whole of Graz: they’re not too sweet, or full of butter, and when you bite into one of the filled ones, you are happily rewarded with a generous amount of filling - I tried them all, from the apricot jam, to the strawberry one, from the classic vanilla cream, to their amazing pistacchio one.

Plus, they’re always freshly baked! Last Saturday I was lucky enough to see the staff prepare their chocolate-dough ones, and the smell inside the caffè was incredible!

The staff is always kind, and ready to explain to the costumer the different kinds of pasticcini, or the vast variety of cookies and salty snacks that they make in the shop.
All in all, Caramello Caffè is the best Italian caffè in Graz, and you’ll always feel that warmth that comes from feeling at home.

Caramel is a breath of fresh air in Graz . With an Italian soul and incredible good taste . All STAFF is very professional from the service to the service without forgetting the quality 👍. Congratulations on the concept and a ton of success for the future😉 !!!

Ich habe schon lang nicht mehr so einen guten Verlängerten Kaffee getrunken! Kaffee und die selbstgemachten Dolci sind eine 10/10.

Sehr sehr schön! Tolle Lage, sehr viel Sonne, Fahrräder fahren vorbei, sehr schnucklig. Pistazien Croissant schmeckt sehr gut und das ohne einen Zuckerschock zu bekommen, mega!

Beim caramello erlebt man dolce vita und Italien mitten in Graz! Tutto incredibile! Großartiger Kaffee, traumhafte Dolci, Cornetto und Co! Ein Italien Urlaub mitten im der Stadt 🤩😍. Zu einem runden Geburtstag habe ich eine Torte bestellt und diese wurde von allen Gästen mit der Bestnote 1 ausgezeichnet! Eva und ihre Kolleg:innen leben und lieben den gusto perfetto :) UNBEDINGT VORBEISCHAUEN!

Un tocco di italianità all’estero che scalda il cuore: gentilezza, cortesia, conversazione piacevole abbinate a specialità di pasticceria ottime sia al palato che alla vista. Le due ragazze che gestiscono il locale con la loro intraprendenza e bravura, nel tempo, potranno diventare un punto di riferimento in questa splendida città austriaca. Complimenti 👏🏻

Semplicemente eccezionale! Eva ricerca sempre la precisione e l’autenticità nelle sue creazioni. Pone estrema attenzione e cura nella scelta delle materie prime e nella rifinitura dei dettagli, non lasciando mai nulla al caso. Per chi vuole un assaggio di vacanza italiana, rimanendo in città! Consigliatissimo!

Absolut hochwertige und authentische Italienische Süßspeisen. Frisch und einfach perfekt gemacht mit viel Amore. Höhere Qualität wird man kaum finden.
Dazu noch super freundlich.

Meine Frau und ich waren am Freitag zum 1. Mal in unserem Leben in Graz, um Freunde zu besuchen. Bei der Gelegenheit wollten wir natürlich auch die Stadt erkunden. Aufgrund unserer Recherchen hatten wir uns für das Frühstück am Samstag das Caramello ausgesucht. Da es eh auf dem Weg lag, haben wir schon Freitag kurz vor Feierabend vorbeigeschaut. Die Besitzerin war grade am Aufräumen. Leider konnten wir nicht reservieren, weil sie am Samstag in den wohlverdienten Urlaub fuhr. Pech - könnte man meinen. ABER - was für ein Empfang? Sie war wirklich traurig, dass wir 650km weit her kommen und dann doch nicht bei Ihr einkehren konnten. Schon Ihre herzliche Art, war unglaublich warm, authentisch und angenehm. Und dann hat Sie uns noch mit Cornettos beschenkt. Einfach so!!! Wo gibt es denn sowas? Wir sind schonverliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. In diese wundervolle Stadt, aber vor allem in das traumhaft herzliche Caramello! Wir würden auch 100 Punkte vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Mille grazie!!!

Sehr nettes neues Café mit sehr sympathischen Mitarbeitern, gutem Kaffee & Gebäck und authentischem italienischen Ambiente - als wir reinkamen, wurde Italienisch gesprochen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super liebes Café mit unglaublich leckeren Törtchen und Desserts, ruhigen Sitzplätzen draußen, und ein paar herzhaften Snacks wenn man gerade nichts süßes will. Definitiv eine Empfehlung für alle, die den Italienurlaub vermissen.
