The host was extremely polite, understanding and cheerful. He took care of us like family and made us feel very comfortable and happy. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We were checking google reviews for a good restaurant near Klagenfurt and the reviews did not let us down. We were delighted with this place, everything that we tried was yummy. The restaurant is authentic with a local cuisine dishes. The atmosphere is warm and homey.

Highly recommend visiting here for food! The food is amazing, the staff are really friendly and accommodating. We visited after doing a search on Google for somewhere to eat whilst staying in Krumpeddorf. We are so glad that we picked here and enjoyed it so much we booked for a week later. Highly recommend to visit but do book as they are busy.

Local food, high quality, very tasty. "House pan": pork medallions wrapped up in bacon, with house made pastry "spätzli"in mushroom sauce -great!
Desserts are excellent, and the best is apple tiramisu. Good choice of wine for every taste.You get your bill in a clog -hence the name of the restaurant: "Clogs auberge". Very kind staff.

Super Backhendl

Der Zocklwirt liegt ein bisserl abseits, doch die Anfahrt lohnt sich unbedingt. Der Empfang und das Service sind ganz besonders herzlich. Man fühlt sich so richtig willkommen. Durch die wohl bedachte Auswahl der Lieferanten und die ausgezeichnete Zubereitung der Speisen, ist das Essen hier ein ganz besonderer Genuss. Von der Suppe bis zur Nachspeise ist alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Super rica la comida sobre todo el filete empanado , las verduras al grill y las salsa super ricas, también las ensaladas riquísimas.
Es un restaurante típico , tiene una terraza muy bonita y hay sitio para pasearse después de la comida, hay cabras, caballos , merece la pena ir . Se puede aparcar fácilmente, los precios muy accesibles!

Hier muss man ein Mal gegessen haben! Alles sehr gemütlich und einfach gestaltet und das Essen war eine 10/10.
