ibis Vienna Airport

I've spent some time in the hotel and I was highly satisfied. Everything is perfect and the rooms include everything you could possibly ask for. Especially the friendly staff is outstanding here and does a great job. I've dealt with Mrs. Sara and she was totally professional and courteous. Highly satisfied with her communication towards me and as well the professional attitude. Highly satisfied with the experience overall and I'd gladly come back any time soon.

Room and hotel very clean. Welcoming and polite staff. Very practical stop on a journey east. Rooms well insulated for a good night's sleep. Brilliant centre just down the stairs with several places to eat. Especially appreciated the possibility to eat together even when choosing food from different restaurants. Petrol station just next door where u can buy the vignette for travel through Hungary.

The hotel is close to vienna Airport, so the location is great.
The breakfast is really good and fresh.
The staff are helpful and kind .
Rooms are clean and pretty big, so that's also great.
Overall, it was a good stay for the night I spent here.
The 1 thing to point out is the size of the bathroom shower, but besides that everything was fine.

The rooms were clean, even the washroom. Linens were neat and tidy. The coffee machine was a great addin for the mornings. The rooms were good compared to the price being paid. One more great change was using a reusable all in one soap dispenser instead of using plastic tubes for shampoo and conditioner. The go green approach was nice. The front desk associate was also exceptional. Smooth checkin.

Lovely accomodations. Not near airport which causes rating to go down from people's expectation.

Overall positive experience for the two nights🌙.

Very clean place... petrol station... restaurant, hotel...in one place...

All great. Fast, clean and convenient; with shop, gas station, Burgerking, Marché Restaurant. Nice, quiet & modern rooms. Good beds. Individual AC & Heating. LCD TV & plenty of space and power sockets.

Beautifully presented. Nice staff. Restaurant open until 22:00 and good fresh food. A bit more expensive than I'd like but it was not a budget Ibis.

An excellent place cheap and we'll located in the nearby to the airport and refinery. Has a restaurant and Burguer King. And a coffee shop at the gas station store....

Everything is ok except the little lady in the front desk on the night shift badmanners, angry all time, rude. Made me feel at home just like my wife.
