Wonderful place to go take a day and hide from reality. Very good service. Views. Great food from all $ ranges. Go dressed to the nines or dripping wet from the beach. It's a very welcoming place.

Pro Tip, get a Pizza to go at the Restaurant and sit down by the lake to watch the sun set! Stunning area!

Great food and great wait staff - efficient and with a sense of humor, too. Seating both indoors and out (no reservations for the latter, first come first served). Right on the edge of the Bodensee/Lake Constance, and steps away from watching the sun go down over the water. Clean restaurant, broad menu with traditional German/ Austrian specialties (schnitzel, pork medallions, etc) and a broad array of delicious pizzas too. Farm down the road provides the most unique aspect of this restaurant: water buffalo steaks! Plenty of vegetarian options too, with more than just salads. Desserts were great as well, with NO CALORIES I'm pretty sure :-)

me and my family loves going here in the summer for a quick dip in lake constance and a drink/meal on the terrace right after! dog friendly although leashes are required when walking along the beach.

An unexpectedly delightful find while cycling around Lake Constance - a great stop for lunch on the outside terrace, good, simple food, friendly staff. Highly recommended for the casual visit.
