We live in Slovenia, but we much prefer to shop at Ikea Graz. The employees are very friendly and ready to help.

Your typical IKEA. There are showrooms on the top floor and the products are all on the ground floor. There is an entrance in the front of the store for you to avoid the showrooms if you already know what you want and just want to get your shopping done quickly. The staff are very helpful and most of them tend to be able to speak at least a bit of English. Very good service overall!

Restaurant here is nice. Its cheap, and you can have good meal for far less money than you would pay somewhere else in the city.

Different kind of meals, salads, cakes, coffe, tea and juices are available..

well laid out and easy to get to by Bus. But be aware does close at 20:00 and bus stop running so one needs to get a night bus connection to head back to town

I have been to so many Ikea stores worldwide, even in Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan. Everywhere I felt at home, however every store has it's local attitude. Maybe therefore I like Ikea Graz the most. Always nice to stroll around and spend a dinner in the restaurant.

It sure is an Ikea. Service is excellent, basically what you’d expect from them. Cashier was very nice and helpful when my card declined for some reason, and opened another register for the other customers while waiting for me to go the ATM.

The customer service is exceptionally good. As an English speaker, I was afraid I would face a lot of problems but the IKEA staff was super nice and helpful for all the things I needed. Their customer service is amazing!

Good store for shopping for furniture and everything related to life in your apartment/house. The employees are also very friendly and help you as best as they can. Most workers in the store speak English so it is a plus. However I had some bad experience with the delivery service though it was not IKEA's fault. The prices are reasonable though most stuff is on the expensive side.

I furnished my 60m2 apartment in one day, all from IKEA, it had everything I needed, and once I was finished I payed, and had some great meatballs for dinner! The staff was helpful, they helped me find everything and they even helped me get my stuff into my car! IKEA Graz is great I recommend a visit!

They have Everything from actual Catalog. If some things are out from stock, they contact you, when the stock arrive.

Sellers are helpful. Recomended.

The social distancing was very well observed in the canteen and the restructuring of the dinning tables were nice. Respect.

Ikea Graz is the center where you can find everything you need and want for hause.
