Seecamping Mentl am Ossiacher See - Familie Lauritsch

We spent here one night but you can easily stay there much longer. Everything is so clean and you have all the facilities you need. First when we arrived we almost turned around when we saw the sign "dogs are not wellcome" but then I desided to go and ask from the reception and they said its ok as long as you dont take your dog by the beach. Very good! There were many dogs.
There are many other camping places in this area too, I dont know if they can be any better but we think this one was perfect, very peacfull and beautyfull place by the lake.

We really loved this campsite and highly recommend it. We have stayed in a few during our campervan trip around Europe and all have been good but this one leaves us with fond memories. It felt like visiting a family of friends!

The facilities are also excellent - well kept and wide-ranging. There were children playing on sand, on swings and slides, and in the water. Everywhere was quiet in the evening/night and there is an additional quiet time after lunch, which is very good.

The reception staff are so friendly and lovely. The dog maxi is gorgeous and friendly and we loved giving him a pat every day. The camp ground is absolutely stunning and the cleanest place we have been in all of Europe. The toilet amenities are so clean. The lakeside activities are awesome for kids and adults alike. This place is the best!! I highly recommend going here. I will go back to see campin mentl whenever I am in Austria. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Great site with easy access to the lake. Particularly pleasing as a non dog owner to have very clear restrictions on dogs across the site. Thus very quiet and clean.

Nice camping site, clean and quiet, very polite staff, with activities for the children (magician show on Monday, made quite a nice impression) , including nice play grounds. Was a bit expensive, but it was worth it.

Lovely spot next to the lake, very friendly staff. Good spot for swimming. Well maintained facilities.

Sehr entspannter Platz mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir sind erst um halb 10 abends angekommen. Normalerweise ist die Rezeption nur bis 8 Uhr besetzt. Man blieb langer und war trotzdem sehr freundlichen. Toller Spielplatz mit Kindern. Haben es sehr genossen!

Seecamping Mentl am Ossiacher See, für uns ein ***** Platz!

Schon bei unserer Kurzurlaubsplanung viel uns der Campingplatz durch seine perfekt durchdachte und ansprechend gestaltete Webseite auf.
Bei der Ankunft waren wir dann ebenfalls beeindruckt, den allein die Zufahrt zum Platz ist richtig schön angelegt und vielversprechend. Im Empfang wurden herzlich wir von den Inhabern mit einem lächeln im Gesicht gegrüßt.

Zum Platz:
Dieser ist super übersichtlich und die Parzellen sehr groß, die Wasser- und Stromanschlüsse sind perfekt platziert und direkt an jedem Standplatz. Das moderne Sanitärhaus, glänzt durch Sauberkeit, großzügig angelegt Duschen, Toiletten, einem Wickel- und Waschraum. Für die Entsorgung der Chemietoiletten gibt es wie auch für die Müllentsorgung schön angelegte und übersichtliche Bereiche.
Das Personal, welches wir am Platz antrafen, ob Reinigungsdamen oder Landschaftspfleger war wie die Inhaber, alle hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Fazit: Dieser Campingplatz hat definitiv fünf Sterne und von uns das versprechen, dass wir sehr gerne wiederkommen werden, verdient.

Einer der besten Campingplätze, die wir je besucht haben. Man merkt, dass der Platz von der Betreiberfamilie mit viel Liebe, Herz und Verstand betrieben wird. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
Große Stellplätze, viele mit Blick auf den See
Strom und Wasser am Platz, z.T. auch Abwasser (Strom nach Verbrauch)
Top Sanitäranlagen (groß, beheizt und sauber) mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmöglichkeiten etc.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, sogar der Strand wird gesäubert und geharkt
Top WLAN, überall stehen Repeater, bei ca. 60% Platzbelegung nie Probleme gehabt.
An der Rezeption wird man super freundlich empfangen und bekommt Antworten auf alle offenen Fragen.
Es gibt meines Wissens keinen Mindestaufenthalt, aber wer hier nur 1 Nacht bleibt, ist selbst schuld 😉 Der Platz ist nicht ganz günstig, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir haben mit 2 Personen für 3 Nächte mit Seeblick, Strom, Umweltgebühr und Ortstaxe 127€ gezahlt.

Sehr schöner Campingplatz, top ausgestattet und außerordentlich freundliches Personal.
Sanitäranlagen werden den ganzen Tag über dauernd gereinigt.
