Waldcafé Thalersee

Beautiful place by the Thalersee to chill out, grab a cup of coffee and have a nice cake. It is very stylish and comfy. Coffee is nice and cakes are really tasty. Very recommended.

This place is beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere. Good and fast service in the Restaurant. I would recommend this place for a weekend break and lunch.

A nice possibility to chill out near Graz at a small lake. It is possible to walk around the lake, on one side this restaurant is located. You can sit near the water, in the background you can hear chillout music.

You could go with public transport (station Thalersee, bus line 48 from Gösting change from line 40 from Jakominiplatz). Or you can come by bike or even by car.

The Choice of food is not very big but the things they offer are very good.The dessert are verrrryyy nice (srawberry cake and the carrot nut cake are awesome).

Think twice before you come here at the weekend, but perfect on weekdays. Just a perfect limonade and apple pie.

Wahnsinns-Partylocation! Wir haben im Herbst unsere Hochzeit im Waldcafe gefeiert. Preis/Leistung hat super gepasst, das Service war total bemüht und das Essen richtig großartig. Während der gesamten Vorbereitung hat uns der Chef sehr unterstützt, ist uns bei all unseren Vorstellungen total entgegengekommen und hat alles umgesetzt, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Posto davvero stupendo vicino Graz, immerso nella natura incontaminata con un lago dove fare una bellissima passeggiata intorno! Ho mangiato delle ottime uova,delle verdure pastellate e dei crostini di pane ottimo davvero! 1 caffè 1 cappuccino 2 spremute di arancia! Abbiamo speso 54€. Lo consiglio vivamente ovviamente a tutti!!!

Das Café bzw Restaurant ist voll ok. Speisekarte hat etwas ausgewählte Angebote, wie man es hier vlt nicht gerade erwarten würde. Freundliche Bedienung. Und insgesamt sehr schönes Ambiente und wunderschön gelegen am See.

Qualität der Speisen waren wie immer sehr gut. Kaffe und Patisserie sowieso. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Angenehme Hintergrundmusik.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet; besonders bemüht und top waren die Kellner, die zahlreich vorhanden waren und das Verlangte sofort gebracht haben; sogar ein Wasser zum Kaffee wurde angeboten und sofort servieren; wir kommen immer wieder zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen gerne!! Blick auf den See ist auch grandios. :)

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen wirklich nicht. Das Café ist traumhaft schön, Speisekarte groß und alles, was wir bestellt haben (Orangensaft, Frühstück, Kaffee, selbstgemachte Limonaden) gut bis sehr gut. Es stimmt, dass die Kellner so wirken, als wären sie noch eher neue in ihrem Job, aber bei uns ging alles sehr schnell. Die Preise empfinde ich als absolut normal bzw. sogar eher günstig - so viel kostet es eben mittlerweile, in Lokalen zu essen/trinken - aber überall in Österreich! Fazit: extrem stylishes Lokal, das ich sehr empfehle!

Wir waren im Zuge des "Thalersee Fest" da und ich kann sowohl den Service, als auch die Küche nur loben. Service war sehr bemüht, die Speisen waren sehr gut gewürzt und von einer super Qualität.
Zu den Zimmern kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich nicht da geschlafen hab.
