Absolutely Outstanding Experience!

From the moment we stepped foot into this hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. The food? Excellent doesn't even begin to describe it. Each meal was like a journey through flavour, with dishes that were truly out of this world. The level of luxury and top-class service felt like we were dining at a presidential dinner.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team was not only friendly and welcoming but genuinely seemed to enjoy making our stay special. Their smiles were infectious, and it was clear that they took great pride in their work.

We even had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful owners. They took the time to chat with us, pose for a photo, and make us feel like valued guests.

And let's not forget about the spa! The pools were wonderful, providing the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.

The entire hotel was impeccably clean and organised, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. It's truly exceptional, and we're grateful for the experience. Kudos to the entire team for creating such an outstanding establishment. We're rating it 10 stars because 5 stars aren't sufficient!

Excellent retreat. Staff was super friendly and helpful, spa an pool areas very clean and quiet. The variety and quality of the meals was also excellent. Perfect place to decelerate and relax. We also loved the little ponds, sport options and the surrounding area.

Heaven on earth... Spa area clean and enjoyable. Very private and very grown up ideal for couples wanting to enjoy each others company.. Relaxing and amazing healthy meals... Service is excellent very professional and friendly...

Very good place to relax. I was surprised by the food. The taste is very good. Like VERY good. Made with lot of efford. Rooms are good. Bathrooms are not super new but held by good standard.

Fantastic spa offering with a large and varied sauna area that is very comfortable and relaxing. The hamam service is terrific, as is the food.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Reiters, da wir vor allem das exzellente Service und die Küche sehr schätzen. Durch den Umbau bedingt waren wir anfangs mit einigen Dingen unzufrieden und haben dies bei der Rezeption angesprochen. Und genau dieser Service hat uns bewiesen warum das Reiters weiterhin unsere Nr. 1 ist! Fehler oder Probleme können überall passieren, aber für uns ist entscheidend wie damit umgegangen wird. Ganz großes Lob an das ausgezeichnete Kundenservice! Die Küche, Cocktails und Service an der Bar wie immer hervorragend. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass das Reiters weiterhin großen Wert auf Kundenservice legt und können es kaum erwarten wiederzukommen. Herzlichen Dank für den Aufenthalt!
