Wonderful tranquil and at the same time wild place. Definitely worth a stop on your way. You can go around the lake on a paved path and have some insight on the flora and fauna as well as the lake itself at information boards along the way.

A part of the Nockalmstrasse. This is a famous road( about 30km) through the mountains. Known by motorbikers and a few bikers.

The place is neat, peaceful and very beautiful. Yes, you do have to pay a road toll to get to this place, but I saw there was a person taking care of the place (cleaning garbage, ...). It also has toilets.

Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegener, kleiner See mit seniorentauglichem Rundweg.
Direkt an der Nockalmstraße gelegen.
Die Glockenhütte ist auf einem kleinen Fußweg in 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Einfach schön. Ein einzigartiger Bergsee inmitten der schönen Nockberge direkt an der Nockalmstraße. Es geht eigentlich immer Wind, daher vermutlich auch der Name. Der Rundweg ist gewartet und man sieht seltene Pflanzen und auch Vögel. Auf Thementafeln wird einem die uralte Geschichte des Sees, der Region und der Pflanzen und Tiere näher gebracht.

Was für ein bezauberndes Plätzchen! Ein Muss bei einer Tour über die Nockalmstraße! Tip, wer früh unterwegs ist, hat dieses Naturjuwel für sich alleine!
