Kurpark Bad Deutsch Altenburg

Awesome place! Especially in spring with a sea of daisies.

Very nice place for chill out, just a book or nothing and enjoying the surrounding and atmosphere.

The Kurpark is a great place for a walk, with shady trees and many replicas of Roman altars and commemoration stones with translations of the inscriptions.
Beware: come equipped with anti-mosquito lotion, particularly in Summer.

It's a wonderful place on river Danube's enbankment. Quiet, melanch o ic in winter. Alive, relaxed during the summer. A little "kurzentrum", very cosy: not too many people, a lot of space. And an added value: very interesting Museum Carnuntinum presenting the rich roman settlement.

It was closed during our last visit so we can check it only from outside. But we will come back when this museum opens.

A place to chill

Krásny malebný par v mestečku Bad Deutsch Altenburg. Na malé športové aktivity, prechádzky a oddych ako stvorené. V tesnej blízkosti sa nachádza múzeum Carnuntinum pre všetkých milovníkov rímskej histórie.

Pekne miesto na relax pri Dunaji. Expozícia je ešte zatvorená, ale oplatí sa prísť aj tak.

Schöner gepflegter Park. Ideal nach dem Museumsbesuch.

Morgens früh vor sieben hatte ich im Juli 2021 den Park für mich allein

Sehr schöne Parkanlage mit historischen Stücken aus der Römerzeit.

Eignet sich besonders gut zum spazieren gehen und die Gedanken baumeln lassen.

Ein schöner Park der zum Entspannen und Verweilen einlädt. Der Park führt bis zur Donau hin, wo man alle möglichen Arten von Schuffen bewundern kann.

Absolut toll und sehenswert

Museum leider geschlossen.

Krásné lázeňské městečko. Je zde ubytování ,cukrárna, lázně. 2 parkoviště. Na každém konci jedno to větší je pod stromy. Je zde i muzeum Římanů, kteří zde byli a jejich památky jsou všude okolo. Směrem k Vídni je jich mnoho. K městečku patří i velký a upravený park, kterým dojdete až k Dunaji. U něj je další monument Marc Aurel Säure. Město je krásně čisté.
