POLO motorcycle Store Vienna

I visited the POLO Motorcycle Store in Vienna to purchase my first motorcycle helmet, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The level of service and expertise provided by the staff truly exceeded my expectations.

One particular staff member stood out for his exceptional patience and willingness to engage in a thorough discussion about the various helmet options available. What impressed me even more was his consideration for my unique needs as a glasses wearer. He took the time to understand my requirements and recommended a helmet that not only met my safety needs but also accommodated my glasses comfortably.

This store has excellent products for those who love to travel by motorcycle. We bought some jackets in addition to helmets. We like the prices and the quality of the products. The staff are very attentive, speak German and English. Definitely our favorite shop in Vienna.

I visited store on 4.3.23. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thomas was his name i guess, very attentive 👏🏻). Also quite a wide variety of goods. Definitely will be visiting again.

Super Geschäft mit sehr großer Auswahl, ich wurde sehr kompetent durch Mitarbeiterin Sabine beraten, sie kennt sich definitiv aus. Kundenparkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Als Fahrschüler bekommt man 20% Rabatt auf den Einkauf. Werde definitiv wenn ich mal wieder Ausrüstung brauche vorbei kommen!

Sehr nette Betreuung der Angestellten. Sie sind selber Biker und können aus eigener Erfahrung Tipps geben. Es gibt keine Aufdringlichkeit, aber wenn man etwas braucht, wird man freundlich bedient. Die Auswahl ist je nachdem, was man benötigt, okay.
