Outstanding experience! I was impressed of the high level of service I received from Martin. His dedication, kindness, valuable and thoughtful advice on products made my experience buying a new bike unique and excited. I appreciate all tips he gave me about maintenance the bike. Despite the fact that shop is far away from the place I live, I consider the travelling worthy for such level of customer service.

Great store and competent staff. Lots of choices for everyone. You can find here everything you need. I was not sure which bike would suit my needs and with knowledge and help I found my dream bike. You can test bikes and the staff is extremely patient and don’t try to talk you to anything. There is also great service here - Dominik was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 🚲

Great store, lots of choices, lots of availability, and great service.
We arrived very early on Saturday morning as we were told they get very busy on Saturday, and they really do. We booked two bikes prior to arriving and they were ready and waiting when we got there. Sebastiaan started assisting us the moment we walked into the store. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. Being new to Vienna fresh from South Africa, we don’t speak a word of German. This did not bother Sebastiaan at the least, if anything it made him more attentive as he explained everything to us and took nothing for granted. I can highly recommend this store and the Cube brand, we rode the bikes home which was a great test of these awesome machines, and when Sebastiaan heard we were riding home, he took the water bottles and filled them with water for us as well. Great service, what an absolute pleasure.

Huge bicycle store, especially good for e-bikes. Nice and honest staff that perfectly helps you to find the right bike :-)

Guys at the shop are very friendly and helpful, and everybody speaks English. I ordered my bike and it came before the planned date. Everything handled with professionalism. Highly recommended.

Went in for a tyre puncture. I was dealt with fairly and could wait for the repair. I needed new tyres as well and found the prices fair and the service excellent.

good store, big range of goods on site, most of staff speak English and helpful, stayed with me few minutes after closing time and allowed to change boots size next day no probs.
