POST - Family Resort

This is how we've spent half term. It's the 3rd time we have stayed at @post_familyresort in ten years, and every single time it has exceeded our high expectations. It is honestly the only place I've been to since having kids where I've actually felt looked after... And as a parent that is just ✨ gold ✨.

The hotel is nestled in the mountains just 45 mins from Salzburg and has literally everything you could wish for to entertain kids and adults alike... Here's a snapshot: rooftop adults only spa, staircase with slide, teens game room, soft play, cinema, swimmable lake with slides, indoor pool with slides, thermal outdoor pool with lazy river, ice rink, petting zoo, pony rides, trampolines, adventure playground and the most popular with our boys - go karts!

The family rooms are spacious, meticulously clean and have everything you might need. The little touches of the welcome gifts, robes, slippers, backpack etc are so thoughtful.

We've previously been in May half term but this time we came in February. We thought there would be snow but sadly only on the mountains - which we went up and enjoyed briefly before heading back to the comfort of the hotel!

The food is literally amazing... It's all inclusive and you never experience being hungry! In the evenings the kids have a buffet whilst the parents get served a 4 course gourmet meal. Younger kids even get collected to go to the kids club while you enjoy a relaxed meal!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Our kids loved it when they were little and now they are 11 and 15 they have loved having the independence to go off and play on their own or with other kids.

The staff were great. I seemed to be the only vegan in the hotel and the kitchen staff made me different vegan meals every day.
The kids loved the natural lake and there were plenty of things for the kids to do.
The spa facilities on the top floor were superb. Multiple sauna's, a small infinity pool and a plunge pool were great!

Stayed for a week with two young children. Highly recommended. Set up is perfect for young families. Lots to do for adults and kids alike. Food excellent.

We spent 5 days in this lovely family hotel. It’s located in between Germany and Austria, where perhaps a great natural land to explore nearby Salzburg. I’m surprised that the hotel room is not only hygienic , but also well equipped, as an antique building offers almost newly facilities.
My daughter enjoys a lot, especially the outdoor swimming pool. Kindergarteners are very friendly and responsible. Therefore, my husband and I had a plenty time to enjoy a quiet wellness holiday.

Food was great, dishes are served by nice deco and high standard. But I’d suggest that to add more varieties of dinner is quite essential. Specially for guests who has got more than 3 days stay, who definitely hope to try more varieties:(

We are enjoying our 3rd visit to Post Family Resort. Everything is absolutely incredible, as always. The facilities are impeccably maintained, staff excellent, and food delicious. We have a 10 year old who loves the lake, game room, and playing soccer. Our 3 year old loves the indoor children's pool, art projects, face painting, and playing in the sand at the edge of the lake. The stainless steel swimming pool with vortex and bubble bench is just awesome. Highly recommend this resort for all ages.

Amazinggggg! Resort. Excellent food, service, rooms, activities. Very kids friendly. Nice new spa for adults with excellent saunas and beautiful views.

If you have kids, you are going to love this hotel. The venue as well as staff are very well prepared for families with young kids. Plus the food is amazing. Ideal place to relax.

Für Familien ein tolles Hotel. Für Kinder wird sehr viel geboten, Poolbereich mit Rutschen ist wirklich sehr gut gelungen, wie auch sonst das ganze Hotel. Wirklich eine schöne Anlage, stimmiges Konzept. Essen lecker, nur das Kinderbuffet könnte noch optimiert werden (es muss nicht ständig fettiges Essen geben). Service in allen Bereichen bemüht, aber Luft nach oben.

Wir fanden es wunderbar, alles da was Kinder glücklich macht und auch die Eltern.

Die Aussenpool war super, wie die ganze Wasserwelt. Der See, wo unser Zwerg mit dem Bobbycar seine Runden gedreht hat - einfach schön.
Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend und das Team vom Hotel immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Tolles Familienhotel, was überraschenderweise nicht wie so eins wirkt. Und dass ist das tolle daran, dass es elegant und schick aufgebaut ist und man auch als Eltern einen tollen Urlaub erleben kann.

Gleichzeitig sind für die Kleinen soviel Spiel und Spaß garantiert, dass selbst diese noch nachdem Urlaub lange davon schwärmen.

Wir sind schon Stammkunden und freuen uns jedes Mal auf den Besuch. Preis/Leistung stimmt.
