Gruber's Gasthof und Fleischbank

Visited here Tues 18th July 2023 - Advisable to make a reservation if visiting within the summer months as it gets very busy. We arrived around 7.30pm without a reservation, outside was very busy and booked up but the inside main restaurant had plenty of space. We were seen to very quickly considering how busy service was.

The food was prepared fast and brought out piping hot. The beef soup with noodles was okay but more like a broth, but it was nice to try something different. The Roast Pork was delicious and melted in the mouth. Schnitzel was second to none. The drinks were refreshing. As for the Fried Apple Rings, simple but very tasty. A wonderful meal out and very reasonable price for two people considering we had 3 drinks, one starter, two main courses and one dessert!

Our waitress was very attentive and super friendly.

If you are looking for traditional Austrian cuisine at a reasonable price but cooked to perfection then look no further. Would definitely come back again.

The restaurant is in Traunkirchen. Being a bit out of the way from town - Gmunden, it is a bit more quiet and probably more affordable prices given Gmunden is a tourist town so prices for a meal like this will be a lot more. Parking is available but tight, first come first served.

Authentic local restaurant/pub with good selection of traditional food. Fast and pleasant service quickly serves you with large portions of food. Definetly recommended to stop by.

Wunderbar. Wir haben uns so gefreut, das es wieder offen war. Das Essen ein Gedicht. Der Gulasch super saftig und lecker. Etwas mehr Schärfe und es wäre besser als bei Mutter. Das Steckerl ein Traum. Der Erdäpfelsalat wie bei Mama. Das Schnitzel bei bei Lafer. Hundefreundlich. Schöner Biergarten, der Gasthof traditionell und die neuen Räumlichkeiten sehr schick. Ein wenig mehr Atta im WC und es ist nicht zu toppen. Preis und Leistung👍👍👍. Wir kommen wieder.🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺

Super bodenständiges und einfaches Essen. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch am Traunsee.

Sehr gutes Gasthaus!!! Gemütliche Atmosphäre, urige Gaststube für Mittag- und Abendessen. Eigene Fleischerei mit großer Auswahl für die Jause oder Zuhause. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen sensationell empfehlenswert: Gemüsecremesuppe und Backhendel mit Petersilienkartoffeln. Zimmer sind auch verfügbar. Komme gerne wieder.

Bardzo dobre, regionalne jedzenie. Porcje dosyć duże, można się bardzo dobrze najeść m. Miła obsługa .

Die Bedienung war mega freundlich, das Essen kam schnell und auch auf Nahrungsmittelallergien wurde auf Wunsch Rücksicht genommen.
Parkplätze sind vorhanden und die Preise waren angemessen.

Besser geht’s nicht ! Die Kellnerin ist super freundlich und managst das perfekt. Das Essen ist voll lecker 😋

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Lokal mit einen tollen Ambiente. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze.Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Einkehr wirklich empfehlenswert.
